@IntellectualMuscle28 күн бұрын
Weight regain while reversing, especially if you are doing it accurately doesn't have to be fat. You could simply be gaining muscle and water and glycogen on your way up again, which is far more useful and even makes you look better than not.

You're mentioning crash dieting and undereating and now you're thinking about DNP. Just do tge right thing you're doing by reverse Dieting out slowly, and don't experiment with other harmful things since the previous ones you did already caused you to suffer.

@IntellectualMuscleАй бұрын
Depends really, have you ever made natty gains before? If you have been able to get up to a 225 ish bench 3 4 plate Deadlift naturally, and a 6 pack naturally before, then you know how to train and eat right at least for tge most part. If you haven't, then you don't, and you were probably trying to use the sarms/peds as a means of getting results, as you can clearly tell didn't work. Not going pt the gym and not waking up on time are just a matter of discipline and work ethic and sarms can't get you that. Results get you that. Check out my video on black pilled Incel to shredded Chad, it has the training program and the diet for you to follow for the next 6 months straight.

Glad to hear that dude. What I've understood after 17 years in the gym is its all about intensity. And I don't just mean intensity as in how heavy but like intensity as in how much effort you put in. ChatGPT could do it but i thought ppl would have already created Therapist GPTs... ... aren't there those, already made - i mean far more comprehensive that your (great btw) prompt?? E.g. Including exercises for it to coach you through depending on whatever issue you'd like to address... or the ability to track your progress and so on? there is a toxicology report released by the name of Toxicological Profile for Dinitrophenols. that gives a lot of info . . one thing you didn't mention is that its half life is 36 hours. so if you take same dose every 24 hrs that your total toxicity keeps rising .this is why many people get in trouble . when using same dosage it will keep raising up till 7 to 8 days and flatten around 177 percent higher so if you are taking 200 a day . by 8th day you have roughly 560 to 580mg in your system. if anyone ever done this they can tell you first day of 200 that don't really feel it 2nd day maybe feels a bit but that 3rd day you are starting to sweat because you have over 400 in system and yes you can apply the 100 mg equals 11 percent metabolism on total toxicity.. so if anyone decides to test it ,be smart its a unstoppable power once you swallow it there is no turning around becuase there is no antidotes yet . if you see results in first week but start seeing the weight loss slow down its could be extra water retained also metabolic issues like thyroid or mitochondria dysfunction , t3 helps when you fizzle on its becuase thyroid levels get suppressed . and after a cycle a couple days later you might urinate up to 7 lbs of water weight . I believe this is proportional to total toxicity reached, if you ever feel like you have the flu I would say you hit too high in dosages and need to give a rest day and start back lowwer . you can literally cook your self at high dosages

Phenomenal video. Chris had made a video on his comeback on which you should chase first, and since he commented on this video I think you inspired him to make that video. Girls first, then go for the money. Getting the skills to get girls will catapult you to get money. I was watching a Chris Williamson podcast and one of the guests, Scott Galloway on two separate podcasts said that the #1 skill of people who make a FUCK ton of money proportion to the amount of credentials and work that they put in is the ability to take rejection. Guess what, if you can handle rejection from attractive women, you can handle rejection in business 100%. Also Chris said to skip the AA program (that he made) and to start approaching as soon as you can. 2 years and you can be done with your pickup phase. Andy from KYIL did that as well. One of my favorite videos done by you, great stuff Bhai. <3
@IntellectualMuscle2 ай бұрын
Thanks bro. I'm surprised you never connected with me on the Jon Anthony video nor on my ig dms or anything. And yes rejection via women is the easiest, but guess what, rejection within the system or approaches also teaches us that. That's why Bodybuilding/Aesthetics is the core of self improvement. When we first start on building a 6 pack we might try Keto or Vegan. The body might reject the approach and give us indigestion or cravings or whatever. And inevitably you'll lead to a balanced macro approach with foods that sit well with you. High intensity vs low? Try one and get smashed try other or the mix and things feel amazing. Rejection is just feedback. It only becomes bad if you look at it as bad as opposed to another form or method of approaching the same problem.

I'll be honest though bro. Even in this video. I did NOT know how to eat properly. Not kidding. 15+ years in and I made the most basic mistake of not eating whole foods and not force feeding myself. Being afraid of fat gain etc. My last bulk was actually NATTY and I put on 35 lbs, of which I think 10-15 are lean. That's 15 years in. So yeah, the basic principles not being understood and more importantly actually being executed properly are what stopped me from getting results not my genetics. I'm way bigger and leaner now 😉

In less than 1500 approaches I've been with black, white, Arab, polish, Korean, Chinese, Bangladeshi, Pakistani, Latina and these are what I can remember of the top of my head. This was me not even in my prime of dating. Why would you even think racism is on the rise? I've been living here for 5-7 years and have had like 1 maybe 3 instigations of anything racial. And thsoe are by drunk random strangers with zero consequence to my life. The only place anything is a problem is on tiktok and the solution there is to log off tiktok and go out into the real world and test for yourself.

I don't take anything specific bro, the real tip here is to find yourself a dope ass arab barber. My barber is arab (these bros are spiritually connected to hair somehow lmao) and he's more a 'hair stylist' than a basic barber. Dude legit works on you like you're a canvas and he's creating a piece of art. You can tell the man loves what he does. Go through a couple of them in your area and say 30-40 mins around radius. Might take you a few tries, for example it took me like 5 ish or so barbers to finally figure one out. Also I stopped cheaping out and finding 'deals' for shit like my clothes, haircut and looksmaxing. Makes a world of difference honestly.
