I have 4 five pin 12 volt DC relays hooked together along with two limit switches and a push button momentary switch that runs a motor. I push the momentary switch that starts the motor moving an arm off the first limit switch then goes to the second limit switch and immediately reverses the motor to make the arm go back to the first limit switch and stop. I need the motor to stop for about two seconds when the arm hits the second reversing limit switch then the arm needs to travel back to the first limit switch and stop. Can you tell me what kind of time delay relay to use? I need help to know how to build this circuit I am not very knowledgeable about electronics.

this is misleading. the device is not 'latched' is it self powered, so it is parasitic. a 'latched' relay is like a ball-point pen. on push and it will change state with no power. a true latched relay can put in one state and will remain that way, without power, indefinably. a true latched relay will not consume any power, except for the momentary toggle between states.
