what air compressor do you use and how deep were you diving
@dayswellspent.10 күн бұрын
We got down to around 20 metres at the absolute deepest and we were diving off a home made hookah. You can pick them up off gumtree/marketplace etc however I would highly suggest changing the filters and test running immediately. Also doing your open-water dive ticket at a minimum would be advised just because there are so many things that could unknowingly go wrong. It's heaps of fun and can be extremely safe however it's not as easy as plugging a reg in the mouth and diving down. Hope this helps 👍

Was there a reason you guys were not removing the urchins? As they are a pest.
@dayswellspent.Ай бұрын
Your correct, they are a pest! However, if we had of filled our bags with urchins we then wouldn't have any room for the crayfish 👍

Nice vid mate. Thanks for sharing, I've never done any hooker diving, only tank and snorkelling.. I'm off to St Helens this weekend for a spearfish 😊

It is much more free than scuba, allowing you to squeeze into tighter places. Absolute beautiful spot down there! Hope the weather's kind 👌👍

Curious to know what kind of camper trailer you have. Great video!

Hey, thanks for watching. It's a home-built pop top that works off a Coleman lift system that we bought and pretty much gutted and renovated together. Served us well but we started having a few issues with the wind up mechanism which isn't very 'maintenance friendly' so we got rid of it and probably wouldn't suggest pop-tops anymore

Still use this one mate, only used it a few times but does the job and seems to be a good tent. It was pretty cheap to by memory
