Question in the back, Dr. Revell: The transcript says "Bernie Motion"; I'd like to hear more about that model, please, and does it involve overly large mittens?

So interesting. I loved the first talk about the vultures and the microbiome that (might) protect the vultures against pathogens and their toxic compounds. All the talks were good. Super interesting.

Sexual conflict- I am keen to know the evolutionary process of parallel sexual changes if species A evolves to species B. If there are 10 intermediary stages, there should be parallel male and female changes for them to procreate at each stage. The differences between sexes include - reproductive system changes, biochemistry, hormones, behaviour, and anatomical / dymorphism ( still compatible for reproduction). For many, the hormonal changes and behaviour should be synchonous during mating seasons. A mutational change in one can not produce parallel changes in opposite sex. I would like to know the evolutionary mechanism

In macroevolution- iin evolution of species A to species B, you need to explain all- if not most changes. Just showing bony changes ( fossils) is just the tip of the ice burg and grossly inadequate. These include, anatomy, biochemistry, physiology, biomechanics, cardiovascular, respiratory, Gut, genito urinary system, sexual and reproductory system, brain and nerve system, muscles, haematology, immunology , skin, eyes/ hearing/ vestibular systems. You compare any close species and such MOUNTAIN of differences could be seen. Evolution based on random mutations need to explain at least most differences. Also as many systems are interlinked and interdependent, it is likely that simultaneous changes in many systems are needed. In evolutionary mechanics, it is vital to address such issues- not only fossils !!!

Just watching how I blasted all over the "place" in less than a month was shocking, I used what I talked about the other day, and although it actually took about 5 weeks for my volume to double, I just go'ogled Jan Venstaker's Shooting Ropes and her reaction has been priceless!
