classic colonist. "its already happened a long time ago" colonization didn't end the day after the colonizers arrived, when they consistently oppress the native peoples to this day. The Palestinians are under apartheid. You will never ever understand Palestinian life so how dare you judge their action. This entire thing should prove that Israel does not have the right to exist. They are an inherently violent colonialist state who will never settle with a 2 state. Nobody is saying that the 'Israelis' (people with Israel on their passport) have to leave - THAT HAS NEVER BEEN WHAT DECOLONISATION MEANS. As long as they don't want to continue the ethnostate they can stay! Landback is justice. Anything short of landback is not Justice.

none of this would have happened if Israel was not a colonial state creating the environment of violence.

Bro you can't throw populist out there like it isn't an umbrella term for many different beliefs. Many if not most forms of populism are good. Do you want corporations to run the world? Well populism is against that. You see how some people would take issue with your statements?

When he talks about arming Nazis in Ukraine he may be referring to the Azov battalion or the Christian militias, but most if not all of them have been utterly wiped out. They were primarily rolled into the army in 2014-2015 ish to hold them accountable to military law.

One thing youre wrong about opposing the claims "there is no genocide". Based on the court which is in this case what we are going off of, there is NO genocide. They are saying that there is the potential for a genocide under the circumstances but that the evidence does not point to that at the current state. So playing the middle man and saying "thats not what the ICJ is saying either." Is for the sake of appeasing the other side despite their false understanding of the ICJ's ruling. The fact of the matter is that the ruling states that there is NOT enough evidence to rule Israel's actions as genocidal.

saying Iranians don't have love for Israel isn't accurate whatsoever. They see Israel as a country with the freedoms they don't have so they support the Israeli people and there are many who actually raised the Israeli flag along with the old Iranian one. Also, yes the sha is the most popular Iranian figure. there are a couple more just below him but he's still the most popular with the people. you can ask Armin Navabi for sources, he pulled out a couple polls with the data. Lastly your description of the Islamic revolution is far from accurate. the revolution was an anti-royalty one which is understandable, but it was let by a joint front of Islamic and far leftist revolution (communists), where the left was backstabbed by the islamists and suppressed because they were willing to use that much more violence. The recent Iranian president that died was named "The Butcher of Tehran" because he executed some 25,000-30,000 of them who he put in a political prison. come to think of it I wonder why the ICC isn't prosecuting him. there is nothing ambiguous about butchering 30,000 people unlike the case with Israel where the is war with Hamas who seem to intentionally operate from places where civilians would be killed.

Dude I hate when people say that Mandatory Palestine was a multi-cultural beautiful past. My people couldn't vote, own land, and were used as canon fodder unless paying another tax on top of Jizya. Same goes for Christians, same goes for Druze. Non-Muslims around the MENA understand this, not weird white people who know nothing of the land. Yes a majority Muslim Palestine goes back to around c1200 AD. Yet, what was it before then? Before the conquest of the 7th century? From c1300 BCE -- c200 CE that land was purely Israelite land. Even following our folklore it was our land which we had been expelled from multiple times since the early 3rd millennium BCE. I'm Ashkenazi and I literally look like LonerBox, my DNA is 60% Levantine and 40% European. Not because my ancestors wanted it to be that way, but because we were forced into slavery, hunted, expelled, everything you can think of. We fought to get that land back and we deserve it. That has nothing to do with Palestinians who are also most likely of the same lineage I am. I want them to live happily in Israel or a Palestinian territory. If we cannot find peace soon though, I think maybe only across the river in Jordan is the answer. Jews will never again be slaves or second class. That is just the reality going forward.

@3:00 yeah okay but what is those who "occupied" Cleveland were the Erie Native Americans. Would you then say that was an illegal occupation? The question is; Is that fair to the new residents of Cleveland, Ohio? Probably not, but can you blame the Erie Nation for reclaiming the land? If the Erie Nation were to buy back parts of Cleveland and then all of Ohio were to raid them with militias would you then not expect the Erie to fight back? When they win and the residents of Cleveland still want to kill them, would you not tell them to either be peaceful or leave? It's ridiculous. It's ridiculous to even have to draw these random analogies because no side will believe that both Jews and Palestinians are both native to Israel. Also, Ilan Pappe, the man famous for saying something along the lines of -- 'The job of a historian is not to propose facts' in response to criticism that his historical analysis was completely fabricated. Such as his "quotes" from Ben Gurion's "diary" that everyone loves to quote.

FYI Nawaf Salam is Sunni. His cousin Tammam Salam was PM (a Sunni position), and there are sporadic calls for him to be PM every now and then. The wiki entry for his grandfather literally states he was President of al-Makassed, a Muslim charity organization. It wasn't (and still isn't) uncommon for Lebanese muslims to go to christian schools. It was well understood that the christians generally had better funding for their schools, and so the quality of teaching was better.

Yo LonerBox, I've noticed in most media be it mainstream or not, that nobody really knows what Jews think or what our culture is like. Even here in America with American Jews. There are very few people that know or even know of our culture, and see us as a religion rather than an ethnicity. Which is strange since we are visually distinguishable. I would love for you, especially being Lebanese, to have some in depth conversations about this with maybe even an Israeli. The cultural divides we have with Palestinians are both not as large and much larger than people may assume. My best friend here in the US is a Palestinian whos family is from the West Bank. The other day he asked me why Jews wear Hattah -- because he thought we were appropriating it. Stealing something again. I had to explain that a Tallit is a shawl we have worn for probably 3,500 years now in various forms. Egyptian reliefs express it, ancient mosaics, in all forms of literature or artwork we can be shown wearing Tallit in various forms as culture adapts . Jesus is usually depicted wearing a Tallit. Having to explain all this to him made me question how much people don't know about us. How much there really is to know about us. Growing up in a Christian dominated society I always assumed people just knew about us from our ancestral books. I decided to share more with him; our music, our food (people can argue whatever), our dress and our philosophies. He shared Levantine culture with me and some Islam and we bonded. Often we think that one culture erases the other. The common narrative now is that Jewish sovereignty erases Palestinian identity, and Palestinian identity erases Jewish identity. When he called the Tallit a Hattah I actually felt erased for a moment, so I feel I know what it feels like when you see a Jew eating Areyas and saying it's Israeli. I feel the more people learn about Jews the more they will realize we are just an ancient culture with some spirituality that just happened to spread around the world. Me and my friend have come to the conclusion that we're basically cousins with how similar our cultures are and honestly how similar we look. I hope more people can feel that way.

Damn LonerBox you look like a Jew out of Crown Heights bro. Are you Lebanese or Syrian? When that dude called you a self loathing Arab I was shook because you straight up look Ashkenazi. Also when I heard bro speak in a sort of Irish accent I knew I was in for a ride. I can not believe this guy supports Russian imperialism, the Houthis trying to erect an Imamate in Yemen while starving hundreds of thousands of their own people, and Iran and it's proxies causing havoc internationally while killing their own people for disobeying -- all whilst proclaiming himself a revolutionary. Politics is like the world itself; if you go far enough left you end up at the further right. It is clear that this guy only wishes to see bloodshed and the restrain of other's liberties in the name of "free expression" even for which he should theoretically distain vehemently. What a nutjob. I think it's ridiculous to see issues as anything more than case by case "this is what it means to be leftist" is such a ridiculous claim. In the case of my people I am a Zionist. Within the sphere of my beliefs I am technically left? But also who cares? Edit: I'm an American Jew who is also critical of Israel and the handling of the Palestinian Question. I appreciate any Lebanese, Palestinian, Egyptian willing to have a conversation and stand on the side of moderation. We are cousins by blood and cultre, and I do hope we can resolve all of this conflict. Toda raba achi, atah tzadek <3

Money doesnt make happiness, but it most certainly makes it easier to find it. Lol. Its really that simple. Id have a much more successful time being happy, in every sense, if i had more money. If i wasnr working 50-60 hours a week at a job i dont particularly like, just to get a day or two of some degree of freedom, after every other non work related responsibility is done. Id have a much easier time dating, simply more free time, more opportunities, literally everything would he objectively better. I cant go back to school despite my fantastic test scores, I have to think about what I eat not in terms of health but price and convenience, I cant go to every doctors appointment I need. Or even little things like, id be more confident if i fixed this little gap in my teeth lol. Or could travel the world. Even if youre rich but have something wrong with you like a mental illness or trauma. People with money can go get the best help possible. All my friends are died and i still had to go to work at the same dead end job, no way I can afford hundreds of dollars a month for therapy, on and on and on. Any problem you have, and u mean ANYTHING, is significantly easier with money. Not a single thing that isnt.

The blood of palestinian children is on the hands of the international community that forced Israel to cease fire time after time, with each war getting exponentially bigger. It is also on the hands of cynical corrupt billionaires the likes of Arafat and Haniyeh who have lived in luxury for 70 years while sending youngsters to die in order to discredit Israel on the world stage.
