Nice, thoughtful conversation, I appreciate it. Does it plug into the wall? If so, watch out because transients on the electrical grid might be going right into your body. Even with a power adapter. If so, you will get a "high" for two years before mitochondrial exhaustion sets in, and that's no fun. What specific frequencies does the device send through your feet into your body? Both speakers look a little extra-red in the face. Prospective buyers should use their natural senses in considering obtaining any such device. Your body knows best.

I have one of these my mother got it for me because I’ve had a stroke. I’m 57 years old. It’s been one year less than a month since I’ve had my stroke. I got this machine three days ago. I used It five times and I noticed results when I started I couldn’t lift my toes on my left foot. We can lift them off the ground now my left hand and skin on my left side of my body were numb. I can now feel a breeze on my skin!!! For some of us, this thing is a miracle if you’ve got serious things wrong with you you’ll notice the difference immediately? I am a cynic and a skeptic as well as an optimist that comes with age? This device works for those who will allow it to? Go with what your body feels as to levels because each level is different frequencies they’re all beneficial, and you should make sure that east spend time on each one more not more? Each frequency from one to 10 is different and you should cycle through them as your body tells you to feel it you know? May the tone be with you??

Actual trauma is not treated by recognizing your feelings and meditating them away. This is very insulting to trauma suvivors.
@ab780013 ай бұрын
I didn't hear them talk about meditating our feelings away. They are talking about creating a safe space for a person to begin cultivating an awareness of their own feelings and sensations, allowing these to come up into conscious awareness. It's about creating safety to actually feel our feelings.
@MiaKerr-q4z6 ай бұрын
Balderdash. This misinformation is damaging to people treating actual trauma, especially complex PTSD . The process of actually treating trauma is a lot more complex than identifying feelings and "Releasing " them. It is dangerous to a trauma survivor to suggest that feeling your feelings is treatment. That is a loving way from creating safety. The superficiality of this message is actually dangerous to a person suffering from trauma. Knowing who we are and what we experience is only the beginning of recovering from trauma. They are very ignorant about actual trauma and treatment.

I read your comment and I do understand that many people have been through a lot of terrible traumas in life. I’m not sure if you listened to the whole discussion in this video, but, they are speaking about nuances of the therapy that they do. It’s a very gentle, hands-on therapy called MFR or Myofascial release and it helps people to unravel their past traumas, that may have been stored in their tissues, causing pain conditions and solidifying the fascial system. It has to do with the mind and body connection. When someone is getting a hands-on treatment, they can actually release old emotions or memories etc, that have been contributing to their tightness, aches, pains and other chronic conditions. Sometimes during a treatment, people will have emotional releases. I didn’t get the sense they were saying to meditate it away. During a myofascial release session, it is actually very healing to allow feelings to come up and notice things that we have stuffed down, or that we disassociated from, because our subconscious is actually experiencing it all the time, like a broken record. But, because the work of releasing the fascia is happening at the same time, it doesn’t mean we are re-living it, rather clearing it. They mention some other resources about this therapy towards the end of the video. I have, personally, found MFR to be very ‘trauma-informed’ work. I hope this helps.

@@KathrynHollars-ce1gb Thanks for the clarification. I do think that releasing the energy stored in the body is very important. I have been a Reikii healer for more than thirty five years. Yes people can be healed by releasing this stored trauma energy. More complex trauma is more difficult to deal with, however. The trauma needs to be processed and a new balance has to be restored to the whole body. Complex trauma changes the brain. Look up the effects of trauma on the brains of survivors of domestic abuse, for example. The other huge challenges to trauma Survivors is how to change responses to day to day challenges that cause fear that is actually manageable, and how to recover self confidence and self worth. People who survive with trauma often have anxiety issues that cause their minds to go round and round in a loop that prevents them from becoming rational enough to respond in a way that is appropriate in a particular situation. it takes hard work to retrain the mind to be more rational and positive. I do think there will be a time when energy healing, combined with physical methods for releasing trauma will be advanced enough to release trauma stored in he tissues , and to actually enter a shared consciousness with a patient to help activate that person's emotional and mental healing. Right now we are not ethical or aware enough to do this safely. To get to that potential we have to radically change the mindset we are all in right now to be both truly compassionate, and deeply connected to the planet.

Where can people learn how to treat themselves with these methods, for those who don’t live in America and will never have access to therapists to teach them self care? Are there any online courses, boos or programs teaching these discoveries? I would love to learn more and support this man’s work, but I will never be able to visit the states or afford international therapy. Any resources would be very appreciated , thank you
@bschuber6 ай бұрын
Thank you for the talk. The biggest question I’m left with is how do people go about trying to treat themselves, similarly to how you discovered these techniques? Is there hope for those who don’t live in countries with myofascial practitioners, or who cannot afford them, is anyone creating virtual teaching content to reach more people who are desperate to find pain relief but will never make it to one of your clinics? Thank you
