My only advice is don’t compare yourself to anyone, your journey is your journey and these young ppl, Gen Z specially needs to stop holding themselves to unrealistic standards. Majority of the time ppl aren’t as happy or put together as they portray on social media. Just focus on self 😊❤

I love adding motivational sounds about God in, sometimes we need to hear it. I use the Bible app and it leads you into scripture & prayer. Also Amazon has a lot of prayer journals and worship/devotional books
