Cortisol 😫 These days, many people are turning to supplements like Omezapic for weight loss, but not only is it potentially dangerous, it also doesn’t address the root cause of holding onto excess weight - which can often be high cortisol levels and hormonal imbalances. That’s where Rhodiola Rosea comes in. This incredible adaptogenic herb is known to support the body in managing stress by reducing cortisol, which in turn can lead to more balanced hormones and even healthy weight loss. 🌿 Even after the very first day of trying this supplement, I noticed a huge shift. I felt more balanced, better able to regulate my emotions, and more in tune with my body. It’s amazing how such a simple, natural remedy can have such a profound effect. 🙏 Lately, I’ve seen network marketing companies launching with expensive natural alternatives, but with Rhodiola Rosea, you’re getting a simple, 3-ingredient product for less than $20 - no complex formulas or huge price tags, just powerful, effective results. If you’re tired of quick fixes that don’t work or leave you feeling worse, it’s time to try something natural. Here's the link to the rhodiola I use a.co/d/dLsth1L #stressrelief #rhodiolarosea #hormonebalance #cortisolreduction #naturalweightloss #holisticwellness #adaptogens #gutbrainrevival #cleanliving

There’s something special about the smell of freshly baked sourdough bread filling the house. 🌾 Not only is sourdough delicious, but it’s also packed with benefits that make it a great addition to any holistic home. Unlike regular bread, sourdough is naturally fermented, making it easier to digest and more nutrient-dense. The fermentation process breaks down gluten, which is helpful for those with sensitivities. Plus, it’s full of beneficial bacteria that can support a healthy gut - something we all need! 🌱 Sourdough has been a staple in my kitchen, and it’s such a rewarding process to make. If you’d like to learn how to create and manage your own sourdough starter from home, comment ‘sourdough’ below, and I’ll send you the link to my sourdough starter guide that walks you through everything! 🍞

Start with what's hardest If you want the fastest progress For me, it’s been about facing the mental demons that have been holding me back - the doubts, the fear, and the stories I’ve told myself for years. Once I started my miracle mornings and gave myself the space to reflect. I decided to confront those barriers and everything started to change. One of the biggest shifts came when I began prioritizing my gut health and taking real action on my well-being. As a retired RN, I knew that our health starts in the gut, but it wasn’t until I embraced that truth in my own life that I started to feel the transformation - in my body and mind. 🌱 We all have work to do, whether it’s mental, physical, or emotional (they're all connected). The magic we’re searching for is waiting on the other side of those obstacles. What’s holding you back? Let’s tackle it together. If you’re ready to take action on your health and your life, follow @gutbrainrevival and let’s grow together. 💪

I have nothing against the nomad life, it's just not for me. I started this journey because I want quite the opposite. No, not the 9-5 grind, but something deeper. I want roots - the kind of roots that allow me to raise my children in a home they can ALWAYS call home. 🏡 I dream of planting gardens, growing our own food, and creating a space filled with love, laughter, and memories. A place where my family can feel safe and grounded, no matter what life throws at us. The freedom I’m after isn’t about constantly moving, but about creating stability, health, and abundance right where I am. And here’s the truth: true freedom starts within - with our mindset, our health, and the choices we make daily. That’s why I’m so passionate about gut health and wellness. When you take care of your body and mind, you’re not just improving your health, you’re building the foundation for a life of stability, purpose, and joy.

@@Gut-BrainRevivial I’ve been writing a syllabus for a culinary arts program that trains students in their chosen areas of expertise and also in the development and funding of a business that can thrive in a local supply chain. The physical campus would include an urban classroom, restaurant and retail laboratories and a large suburban boutique farming operations focused on various specialty crops and livestock. Production laboratories for food manufacturing and a structured local supply chain laboratory. Sounds complicated but I strongly believe every community needs at least 60% of its nutrition coming from less than 350 miles away. Every community today is 5 days away from famine based on current supply chain structure.

Thank you for this beautiful pattern. I learnt how to crochet in grade 6 or 7 and my mom was right handed and I am left handed. This year I started to challenge myself and started to do tapestry crochet to make todebags, and I didn't like the way how the wool looks when you turn your work so I practice to crochet right hand and with that I do not turn my work anymore, I go down in a row let say row 1 then I chain how many chains is needed in pattern and go down row 2 with my righthand😅😅😅😅. I wanted to make a KZbin video to teach people to do that but boy oh boy I don't want to cause people can be pretty ugly on video comments. I'm now 39 years. But I love your video❤❤❤

Hey! I love this pattern! My little one is obsessed with dinos so this is great! However, my parts are coming out very elongated compared to yours. I think it might be I have too much tension but someone also told me to see if it you were doing “yarn over” or “yarn under “ I’m not sure if it would make that big of a difference though.
@Gut-BrainRevivial15 күн бұрын
@@cshauna9110 I am just doing regular yarn over....but the legs get tied so they start out very long before the knot goes in....maybe that's it? If your head is coming out way too long I'd just remove a few rounds in the middle to your liking, I hope this helps!
