Wish i could get some help here in new mexico . I should have the right a small homegrower to be able to test my gear and offer it to the market . I cannot get a micro license due to having a well with no agricultural water rights. But i have a huge alotment designated to my well however without ag rights i cannot get a licence. Even just a mico even though i have enough water on my well . Also searching for heirloom varieties that can withstand drought. Have u tried putting the dry ice on top of foil while pulling a vacuum?
@ShangoLos
@ShangoLos 2 күн бұрын
Interesting idea. Have not tried that. Dry ice is usually very contaminated and usually isn't food grade. I don't think we'd want that in the final product. Also, I would bet that the dry ice would burn the glands and volatilize the flavor. I think it would end in flavorless burnt greasy soup. If you try it, please post photos and how it turned out.

In my experience the vapor can be also much more flavourful, so I believe the some chemicals also responsible for part of the experience may be mostly destroyed while smoking

So I can do the same with a 25u bag, on top of a towel, with a shop vac sucking air straight under the towel, right? Or would that be too strong if a pull?

I grew up outside of Philadelphia Pennsylvania never forget around 79 or 80 my buddy called and said he had some special herbs when I got there he had these small bags of incredible weed that smelled like Pepe Le Pew's a****** he said it's a new thing from Humboldt County California skunk. The weed was incredible the only downside is that was the day we started paying for an eighth or a quarter or maybe a half because at that time it was way expensive I think it was like 25 bucks for 3 1/2 G but I'll never forget it blew away the Columbian that was going around at the time that was the skunkiest weed I ever smoked.

I agree with a lot of what is said until he says you couldn’t get the skunk profile on a decent chassis. I beg to differ. Coming from California and Oregon we used to get the dankest of dank …solid gorgeous nugs and wanna talk loud ? Ima say the next county knew something was afoot

The Skunk we got here in N.C. around 82-83 was still to this day the absolute strongest weed I have ever smoked. Everyone from back in the day still agrees. One hit off the bong and your eyes were getting red before you let it out. You could not hold a toke in PERIOD. The strongest smelling and most expando ever. Some of my friends got sick and puked off of just a few bong rips. Turned some of them off from weed actually. Had some in the late 90’s that was maybe 75% of the original but other than that, nothing.

Im working with a Colombian Gold Dawg as I watch this that is reminiscent of a 90s high right now watching this- i smoked through the 80s and nineties Colorado, Utah, Houston- California- ... I even scored Michoacan and other rarities of the time. Had it all- it was better.

I'd take one of those lucky bags of commercial you'd get every 3rd score over 95% of these dispensaries I've sampled. And the kine bud in the early 90s absolutely blew today's cannabis markets off the map when speaking of a true recreational high. Period.

1:18:00 s1 x s1 is the same as f2xf2 which is f3. Because an s1 is an f2 in and of itself. Remember f just stands for filial generation. Which literally just means next generation of a son or daughter. So whether it’s feminized, selfed, or regular, the filial generations are still the same even though the method used to get there are different and have different gene pools. So to clarify, f1 means literally first generations of 2 parents. F2 means the second generation coming from those two parents. And etc etc. if gorilla glue is the f1 of a cross, then gorilla glue x gorilla glue are an f2 whether it was selfed or sister sister or sister brother. Think of selfing as having twins breeding, it’s just a lot more closer to the one gene pool then say sister sister.

Great video. It’s crazy how many misconceptions there STILL are many years after people like you guys have been trying hard to inform the general population. I’m starting to think that, although it isn’t rocket science, it’s not necessarily something most people just pick up on. Peace and love man! Thanks for this one.

This is not about abuse or overuse though. It is about a genetic pre-disposition to having CHS. You are simply spreading misinformation, the antithesis of this research.

Ain't no way it's from high THC. 🤣 Weed was the strongest in the 80s and 90s. It's gotta be from hybridization or toxins.
@ShangoLos
@ShangoLos Ай бұрын
You didn't understand the video correctly. The science is not saying it is from high-THC. CHS stems from a human genetic mutation. More people are using cannabis now, and so more people with the genetic mutation for CHS are trying and developing CHS. So, it isn't from high-THC or toxins, it is because a certain percentage of us have a genetic mutation that responds to THC as CHS...and THOSE people are more likely toking than they have in the past. Also, CHS reporting has improved with normalization. Plus we have better tests to help identify CHS.

Cool. I grow hydro. What fcking soil.
@ShangoLos
@ShangoLos Ай бұрын
Correct. This science is indeed for soil because microbe-plant interaction and the rhizophagy cycle can never be fully attained via a soilless hydro setup. Adding microbes to the feed cycle is not a replacement. It is too narrow of biology. Soilless hydro done properly will never compete on terpenes and plant health with properly done soil-grown. There are still plenty of reasons to choose hydro, but taste and plant health are not the reasons. Those will always be obtained primarily through exudate communication and trading of resources with the rhizosphere community of biology. And those relationships require soil, and a dark period. Thus, this video with Dr. Karuna Chourey. The best tasting and thriving hydro will have a soil stage where all that soil food web and water food web biology can be cultivated in soil, express their exudates and the rhizophagy cycle, and then enter the hydro feeding loop at that point. Thanks! 👍
