Third eye meditation mai mujhe bahot maza aya tha bahot saare achhe achhe anubhav hue the lekin deep meditation mai bahot drr anubhav bhi hua h abh ye sab chod dia h bahot mehnat lgti h alookik ko anubhav krna in sab shaktio ko jagrit krne ke lia ichha shakti aur lagan focus ki bahot jarurat h I'm not gyaani but what i experienced I jus share :D
