I tell you guys, I just found this video and tried the exercises....it is really works and doesn't require any equipment . You can even do it in the bathroom if you are working in the office etc.

For a greater results i recommend to less eat carbs and do this 30 minutes everyday

I started your workout a few days ago after trying several others and I have found this to be the best for me. I will be 65 this year and I have had some health problems that I'm working through. For now I go at my own pace and feel like I get a great workout. It is as good as the gym. Thank you.

For anyone who’s unsure whether or not these work, from my experience these have helped me lose the majority of body fat aswell as even helping me develop my abs after doing them for several months. I also didn’t even fully do the workout, there were some I didn’t finish or just full on skipped due to the difficulty and yet it still helped, however I’m back to them now after putting on some more weight due to final exams 😅
