Squats are the female equivalent of pushups. A woman naturally uses her legs as weapons. It also helps her figure while building chest muscles... I'm sure you could imagine makes her chest more lean and tough.

clearly got the hang of the static plank; maibe put some dynamic movements in there. i personally like doing side knee raises when planking to get those obliques more involved. also try not connecting your hands and just put them in front of you to add for slightly more difficult balacing. keep up the good work!!

She should do inverted/incline to build her shoulder strength. Just randomly throughout the day, do as many inverted push-ups as she can, and then continue as usual. It will help her form and increase her abilities. Speaking from experience....
