I am about to do this nook. I’m scared of the tiny flowers! What type of glue do you use for the paper pieces?

I use alcohol glue and white glue, especially for miniature paper pieces. Here are a few tips to help you work more easily with these types of glue: Apply Sparingly:Use a toothpick, needle, or fine brush to apply the glue in small amounts, ensuring precision and avoiding excess. Quick Positioning:Alcohol glue dries quickly, so once applied, adjust the piece immediately for accurate placement. White glue gives you a bit more time to make adjustments. Thin Layers Work Best.For white glue, a thin layer dries faster and clearer, reducing mess around the edges.

On 30:31, my coffee pot in my kit is pieces of flat paper. I’m stumped because there are no instructions except for the words stick it. How do I make it 3 D? There are no lines either showing I’m supposed to fold it.

use 2 pieces D4 in Material D, stick them together. then put 4-27 and 4-28 on 2 D4. I broke my D4 so I use something else instead.

Only thing i dod differently was glue every single piece using thin and medium ca glue aka "cyanoacrylate" which is same thing as super glue but i ise the bob smith industries CA vause its better and you have different viscosities as well and it wicks into the wood and is invisible oce it soaks in and wint ever break but it take like 10 seconds for it to dry sometimes 45 secs but you can spray ot with kicker and it dries instantly and it gets hot as well so dont spill on clothei g it woll burn the skin and use a little fam the fumes it puts off when it kicks off makes a little smoke and fumes but it garuntees that the book noom wont ever have pieces falling off and will last many years longer then with out glue cause over time wood swells and shrinks from humidity and the ca glue keeps the joints tight and orevvented the connection points from shrinking and swelling and contracting die to humidity levels and weather chage ect.

Im building this as my first kne as a Christmas ptesent cause im a maler and model builder And everything involved in this book nook is theme to everything I build model wise for fun but I'm not doing customers work like model cars and stuff like that

You could try using some candlewax or essential oil to loosen up the edges of the pieces so that they slot together easier 😄

Originally in the kit it uses a piece of glass paper but I found that it wasn’t very realistic. Therefore in the video I used a bit of UV resin with food coloring to mimic the texture of water. Hope this helps 😄
