Try and find a local parrot/animal rescue. Smaller birds like budgies tend to be adopted relatively fast.

@@Brokeengen Once you find a rescue you could visit in person first and make sure the other animals look well taken care of. I know it's hard to give up an animal I have been there in the past, but it's better for the welfare of the birds.
