I have ipe siding on my house and the areas that do not receive sunlight tend to get darker (with mold?). What would you suggest as the best method to clean this prior to sanding and oiling? Thanks for any suggestions!

Tropic wood! Glad to see you're replanting and selective-cutting your Jungles; you can have the best of both worlds that way. Plenty of wood, without being destructive or wasteful.
