Great amazing little solicer with all ltest tech in from view 8, just very tiny and very tiny battery. But people ie men just wont buy them because of colour, to close yo pink especially on photos and its a shame and just brilliant. Yes you need 2nd battery , but ortherwise perfect machine. If made this in black or black and gold be on winner. Me and couple engineers have been able to but few like new inno m9's with about 100 splices on them for about 500 -600 pound with thermal stripper and v10 cleaver just because of colour, which is just crazy concidering full auto v10 cleaver is about 700 to buy and so is thermal stripper.. honestly amazing splicer and with spare battery added to sale and colour change to all black or more manley colour than salmon pink you well sell more and 2nd hand prices do better. Moment i go on site with m9 1st thing they say is , have you brought you little girls splicer in all because of colour. I think thats why go up for sale with about only 100 to 200 splices done, that and battery life. I have power fitted to my splicing van, also portable power pack and spare battery so i can cope.. . Give it q colour change and try up capacity of battery and call it m9 plus or prob and you on to winner. But honestly amazingly fast tiny little splicer, perfect for inno splice tray and chest harness . Seriously inno change colour and try get more out battery or supply power pack or spare battery wgich i beleive one company already does and you onto winner. Also drop price of spare battery and 250 to 300 pound is bloody rediculas

*The First thing I do when Teaching someone to Ribbon Splice is throw out that Sponge!!!* *Teach them to Apply the Glue with their Fingers and use the Ribbon maker only to hold the fiber in place.* *The Sponges use way TOO Much Glue and Most Employers won't purchase new sponges.*

*You guys should change the Design to be able to insert the Fiber with the Chuck.* *That way the Cleaver can be used for Both Single Fiber & Ribbon Fiber.*

ya encontre la instruccion: Prepare USB driver that has "FAT types" of format. Please place two upgrade files into USB driver. Two upgrade files must be out of folder in driver.

Hi Ravinder, there could be 2 possibilities: 1. Malfunction of Red LED 2. Malfunction of CCD Module You might want to consider to send it for checking to our Inno representatives that you brought from. Hope this helps :)
