Could someone explain this game for me? I mean you clear your way to the questionmarks and some are just a wall, a point or...death? Why do you clear the way it doesnt seem to influence the dots who are killing you i think?

Не знаю как в римейке, но на спектруме у меня в малолетстве получалось пройти все вот это вот ниразу не зашкварившись. Может потому что я ракеты экономил и таки аккуратнее был со сдвоенными пукалками, особенно когда сдвоенный бластер выдавали?

Ooh, this is marvellous. I did a project to teach myself Unity a couple of years ago, replicating what I remember of Starship Command from the ground up on the PC. Running at 'proper' speeds really makes it a different game. Brilliant job!

OMG this is huge! I was a spoilt child and had a BBC Micro and was so jealous of my friend's Ghostbusters on the C64 back in 1984 and having it on the BEEB was only a dream, it only took 40 years to be released lol. This is an awesome port and has speech. Wow just Wow. I got to play it now! 🤩🤩🤩

It’s on the Complete BBC Micro Games Archive website, where this altered version of Michael Jacobsen’s Citadel can be played in your browser by pressing the Play button. The original is a masterpiece which takes 5 and a 1/2 hours to complete on an Acorn Electron, but you have to be skilled to not touch any of the energy drainers. It is possible to get through most rooms without losing any energy. It requires precision timing key presses.

I played the Atari ST version as a kid and just died over and over again due to the main character's slow movement and missiles suddenly appearing when you were too close to react. Absolutely loved the music in the original though, especially the slow chord progression before it loops. One of the first chiptunes I transcribed at the piano back then.

как сказали ранее, самонаводящие ракеты должны уничтожаться, когда сносишь башню управления. и больше ничем их не ничтожить. они неуязвимы. так же электро барьеры тоже не взрываются ракетами. только пулями. да и звук они должны издавать. красные мелкие шарики здесь выстраиваются в линию, и их вообще не сложно перестрелять. в оригинале они разлетаются, и чем дольше тупишь, тем сильнее разлетаются. и бесконечные жизни... ну, как бы бессмысленно немного. Ах да. и эти долбаные пиксели. как же они задолбали. ну нет никакой ностальгии по квадратным корявым фигуркам. когда уже наиграются в эти даунгрейды. короче ничем оно не лучше спектрумовской игры. одни недоделки. понравилась только растительность на полу. все таки планета. короче настоящий римейк - это Exolon DX вышедший в 2005 году между прочим.

При взрыве вышки радиоуправления, самонаводящиеся ракеты должны переставать лететь. Так было в оригинале.
