Yes, ofcourse .. its not woerd, people here are not concered with your outfits..they dont stare at all even if u go out in worn and torn pyajams n loose tees. Indian wears traditional with grace & flaunts it on indian festival days.

If you don't want to carry your passport everywhere for eg.. if u visit doctors clinic for first they ask for ID, if you want to creat login on IRS Site and few more things like this. I can't say but that should be latest

We both have Indain which has That "chip". My husband DL is of 2012 and mine was issued in 2019 and to my pur surprise his DL record they find in th system and exempted his road test but they didnt find my DL record in the system and asked me to give road test. 🤔there are so any permutation and combination people are applying for different NJ Dmvc centers ..
