On the upcoming DDR Classic Mini in September 2024, the vocals of DYNAMITE RAVE will be the new ones instead of 3rdMIX despite that being said game for it.

11:00 I still can't believe that in DDR 1st the LITTLE B#### song made the cut 💀

This game also has some pretty cool originals that only appeared in this version. The one that stands out to me most is "It's your funky life!!" (aka the ending theme in this video), which was pretty chill. There was also a country song and some other weird stuff, I believe. It's also worth noting that the BPMs were often incorrect. As you can see, the ending theme indicates the BPM is 60, but it's definitely not 60. Also, I love this version of Believe Again! It's cute :)

This is the only DDR game where choosing different dancers changes up the BG effects to better suit them. In 2ndMIX onwards, all the BG effects are the same regardless of dancer selection. I watched the video again, and I noticed what you commented. Internet Ranking Version onwards has more unique song backgrounds, by the way.

this is still one of the coolest things that ever fell into my lap, i have no idea how this thing lived as long as it did never mind the fact that it actually ended up being JAB. spicyjpeg didn't make it into the mame credits but they honestly deserve a gigantic shoutout for making 573 dumping possible in the first place with all of the arcane bullshit they've been figuring out about the board in very real time. stay cool!

Now I can definitely say that 2010 really did shape the future of DDR for me. The menu music was so beautiful, it had me jamming to it for minutes! And when DanceDanceRevolution II came out, I was already in love with the series even more with X-Scales, Challenge charts, and Short & Full versions. I will point out that playing New York EVOLVED for the first time triggers the credits, along with London EVOLVED on II.

I like how all the songs are apparently HIP HOP. Seems legit, Konmai. Also, it's kinda cool how some of these backgrounds are different than in the internet ranking ver. Do we think they may have swapped the backgrounds for BUTTERFLY and HAVE YOU NEVER BEEN MELLOW?
@JES965 ай бұрын
No. The dance choreography the characters are dancing is HIP HOP, but yeah the backgrounds for the two songs are swapped.
