Great playing. Unlike in Irish music, the PA is a mainstay of the Scottish tradition. You may be interested to check out Ian Lowthian who teaches PA and the Scottish style in particular.

Thank You. That's why I love the Scots. They continue to give us a reason to play the piano accordion, although I don't always like this instrument... I know Ian Lowthian's useful book and work diligently on the pieces.

In fact, a strathspey (4/4) can also be counted like a jig (6/8), but the phrasing is different. But the whole thing is an Irish-Scottish affair. Thanks

Hi Mark, thank you. All kitchen-recordings are made with a 15 years old Tascam DR1 handyrecorder with built-in microphone.
