make sure you have the scheduler set, you could just have it still in program settings but not actually set. or if you didn't put a ramp down to 0% possibly

Hey man im getting some brown stuff on my sand the stronger i put my lights. I stir up the sand bed, it goes away, 2 hours later its back. Any thoughts ? Its also literally directly under the area where the lights hit.

Sounds like diatoms to me, I wouldn't have the lights stronger than your corals need.
