Hey everyone! Just think what that peach pit goes through in the wild and what its acclimated to for germination. Peach fruit eaten by something. Pit covered in sugars falls to the dirt, starts getting eaten by microbes, pit becomes porous and makes the cotyledon start slowly absorbing water and creating a taproot. How long do you think that takes?! Lol dont be discouraged if you don't notice results at times. Get some highly active organic soil and keep it moist, that pit will sprout! Water, warmth, time👍

Start the peeling at the round end of the seed. If you can get it started there and damage it a little it usually will still germinate. It’s the pointed end where the root starts that you want to be careful with! Start several seeds at the same time so you can use the ones that are growing the strongest. Thanks for watching!

I was so impressed when I saw this one and successfully germinated a couple of seeds. But after two years of taking care and doing everything to protect the seedlings, this winter, I lost the only surviving seedling. Besides this, I sowed 7/8 seeds outside and left them to stay in the ground. I am very happy to see the new 5 seedlings popped and growing strong and healthy. I tried for apple and observed that growing and germinating seedlings naturally is better and more reliable. I got almost 150 apple seedlings and am still growing naturally and satisfied with the progress of the help of nature!
