frankly I dont understand photoshop's logic. you should put 24 framse for animation in twos, that means if you calculated 0.1 second repetition for each layer, you should have normal speed, however he treats it as slow motion. then if you leave it as 0.0 he is way too fast. that is wy I always end up inporting the frames as png sequecne and realocate them in premiere or After effects. there you Import into a composition 24f/s, command every frame you have to repeat one fram, ocupying 2 frames each, then command it to put in sequence. why photoshop, why?

Can you help me with speeding up my video. I taped myself drawing and want to render it faster and then create an audio file over it, like many of the bullet journal art videos and drawing videos, but when I tried to render it at 60 fps, no change, and I also tried 120 fps, and it still doesnt' speed it up. What am I doing wrong? thanks

OMG thank you SO much! I have been having so many issues with "Render Video" and "Save for Web" and nothing happens. Then I decided to follow your video instructions and and your "render video" settings and the result is fabulous! Using the default settings from the "Render video" menu, the animation would not render, stuck at about I/8" of the progress bar. I have even tried so many times with animations that I actually would start over in iMovie - importing all the individual files/frames. I was having no luck with "photoshop image sequence" so I switched to Adobe Media Encoder. Then I reduced the file size in "render video" because it was quite large, with mini-adjustments over 100 frames. So yeah!! This tutorial is a success! Thank you so much!
