I know this video is 4 yrs old now, but I’m glad I’m not the only one who feels this way. Popeyes is over here in the UK now, and I tried it for the first time last night to see what all the fuss was about. The chicken in the sandwich was juicy and well cooked, but the coating was the blandest most unseasoned thing I think I’ve ever eaten, it was terrible. No flavour, just bland tasting breadcrumbs. Why are people going crazy for this?! Give me the well seasoned taste of KFC any day over Popeyes.

Exactly! People were losing their lives over this nonsense, they should have just called it “Popeyes bland chicken with maybe a spicy ish mayonnaise?”. I’m glad you felt what I felt about this, I got a lot of crap about this on facebook and twitter years ago!
