Thank you ma’am for the amazing recipes you’ve shared, I would like to try out some for desserts I’ll be making for an event and I noticed your frostings are all quite different, please which of the frosting recipe would be okay to use for the all the different cakes and Swiss roll I’ll be making ?

You’re welcome 😁 . To be honest, any of the frostings would be ok. You can use the silky buttercream. It works well with any cake. If you want a cream based frosting, you can use the one in this video or the cream cheese frosting from my red velvet video. Happy baking!

Thanks for Sharing. I will give it a try once more time after several fails. A few questions. 1. Can the recioe be multiplied..say for 500g, everything by 5. 2. What are the specifications of breadflour. Its not so obvious in our shops here in Germany. Or i just don't know😢. Thanks in advance for your kind response.

@@maxmaxer6855 Sure , you can multiply the recipe. Bread flour has 11-14% protein, making it higher in gluten, ideal for bread and chewy baked goods. It absorbs more water than all-purpose flour and provides a strong structure. I hope this helps. Happy baking!
