I asked the tour guide about that! They said they have the House and two other museums now that encompass what use to be the previous version?

@@JRTheWanderer They have the White House of the Confederacy that is surrounded by the MCV campus. The museum of the Civil War is rather slanted history, and lacks the charm and character of the original museum of the Confederacy.

Great video. I was just there at Graceland on 3/21 of this year. It was awesome. I wish I’d done a second day of Graceland because I’d liked to have went back to the mansion and other things in the complex. But unfortunately not this trip lol. We had two days in Memphis and there were other things we checked out like the apt, the high school, Audubon dr, the Arcade restaurant which was wonderful. Actually got to eat un the same booth Elvis did when he ate there. Also went to Tupelo to visit the Birthplace. Was a wonderful week all around and maybe I’ll get back there someday.

I'm from the UK and been to Graceland 6 times since 1996. I have seen many changes to the shopping complex over the years. Its too commercialised now. For instance the guest house is all about money charging over the top prices. They knocked down the lovely Heartbreak hotel just behind the Lise Marie plane. They changed reasonable prices aswell. Times have surely changed since I first went in 1996. Its all about greed and how much money the company can get out of you. Having said that I've been an Elvis fan for 43 years. It's a Great experience for anyone going for the first time.
