I live here, it sucks and is all a lie. Lennar is a terrible builder, Breeze HOA is terrible, there is a small pool for three townhouse communities and if you work from home you’re screwed as the Internet provider (Summit Broadband) is awful!

After watching this informative video, my husband and I went to the DFH open house on 11/23. What a disappointment! The community is set on a giant open field with no landscaping. The only trees are way off in the distance away from the community. The homes are large and nice inside, but the backyards are small, and the houses are close together. The so-called "Welcome Home Event" was not so welcoming to us. The sales staff ignored us and did not even give us a brochure. They seemed to focus on select people. I would not suggest anyone visit this development without a real estate agent if you want sales information.

The starting price is about $600 and goes up depending on the finishes. While nothing is ever truly hurricane proof, these new construction homes follow the most current building codes meant to mitigate damages from such storms. @iLoveFloridaLiving thanks I'm sure it will. You should mention the medieval fairs and major state fairs they have too throughout the year. It basically town I'm in but more to do. It better for young people who want to build a great foundation more than retirement like my county. Only met for old retired people and young people blowing parents money. Horrible for income building or creative mindsets. Many I met who came to my area miss the woods up there then being here. For least in Dade City. You can actually build up your own dreams. With a whole lot more to do 😁 and I love the fact they scare off those wealthy yuppies unlike my area. I love the animals not constant building which destroys their ecosystem!!!!

@@AimsCarm12 You are so welcome! It is a lot to consider for sure. Sometimes the fees seem high, but then you need to look at everything they cover. I mean really drill down on the fees. Depending on the community it may cover your internet, basic cable, lawn maintenance & garbage collection. And if you are a socially & physically active person, the use of the community facilities like pools, gyms, golf, tennis, pickleball, yoga & other activities might be a huge benefit because you may find that the fees are so much less than if you paid for things outside of the community. Stay safe the next few days as our beautiful state faces Hurricane Milton ☀☀☀

Lennar is the shittyest builder on the planet. The pins on that hinge pop up very easily. Totally unsecure. Thats why you'll never see that from any other builder.
