I am just trying to figure out historically just to the Belgisch are... are they the French Germans? Or are they the German French? And either way, they can be thankful they aren't the swiss, you got Italians down there 😆 and all it takes is a little drop of italiano 💥 This is a lovely property in the grounds are impeccable.

I find and I know the style of the villas in and around Brussels very good that villas put on the market today are dated and overpriced. I would never buy that. Then I see a historic townhouse on the Sablon with neighbours that live like in a clinic. That the authorities accept such a deviant style is inconceible.

Le meilleur et incontournable investissement à long terme c'est dans l'immobilier à Bruxelles 1000 et pourquoi ville internationale les prix sont presque 3 fois moins que Paris donc très grande opportunité pour un investissement sans trop de risques et sûre en comparaison de la bourse et cerise sur le gâteaux environ 1 heure en TGV vers Paris et 2 heures en Eurostar vers Londres St. Pancras à voir surtout dans la rue Archimède près du bâtiment commission Européenne avec des maisons avec jardin par exemple art nouveau stile Électrique année 1905 ces maison sont très rechercher et vaudra encore plus d 'or .
