Which rdw should 1 pay attention too, rdw-cv of 12.1 (in range) or rdw-SD 48.8 high ? MCV usually ~93-97. If someone is low iron and B12, will those average someone of the labs?

Should have been better explained in the video, in my opinion, the role of high sensitivity and low specificity in this exam. While a negative/low result practically rules out thrombosis (due to high sensitivity), a positive/high result can indicate thrombosis but DOES NOT exclude other potential causes (due to low specificity).

The term psuedo seizures isn’t used anymore as it means fake or not real when non epileptic seizures are very real and can be from different neurological disorders :)
