Captain Save a 304 syndrome... Makes sense, females are the vessel of the next generation... Society as a whole falls down on the female side. In no society are women the front line fighters in combat... They are also smaller and less physically-capable than men. And when you're smaller, you'd better have superior manipulation and convincing skills... And, men are preprogrammed to be susceptible to these fabrications.

Unfortunately, most innocent people believe they can clear up a misunderstanding by explaining their side of the story, but it doesn't work in these situations because we live in a gynocentric world, and the police operate by the duluth model.

This is a True Statement. If you're a guy - hang it up. I was arrested and spent a night in jail - over a malicious woman's accusations. The cops showed up to my house - (1 male 1 female) and I tried to explain what REALLY happened - the female cop assertively tells me - " I don't want to hear it ! Ms. Gray is pressing charges! " Incredible. kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZoSWq32NbMxjZ8U

Been there, done that. Give you in some good advice whenever something like that. Happens and some woman freaks out. You plead the fifth amendment and you don't answer questions without an attorney present. And you do not talk to police. You keep your mouth completely shut and you stay quiet. No matter what she says, no matter what happens. It's the best thing you can do and I'm sure this attorney will agree with me.

No, you don’t have to ask if you’re free to go. If you are not being charged or stopped in connection to a crime, then it would be a “consensual” conversation. That means both parties are agreeing to participate in the conversation. If you don’t agree to converse, you may simply ignore them as you may ignore anyone else and you may leave. Detention requires RAS (Reasonable, Articulable Suspicion) of a crime. If they’ve not given it, then they have not demonstrated they have authority to detain you. Look that up with the U.S. Supreme Court. You’ve even pointed these out in your outline above. So verify that you may ignore them and leave if you so desire. Once you do so, you should correct this video and/or retract it for giving misleading information.

Dumb things that stupid people don't want you to know about. When you title your video saying that" BLANK "don't want you to know about it they already know about it because the people on the other end that you don't want to know about what's going on are already watching your stupid video. So stop saying in the title they don't want you to know about it.

They don't want you to know this either... Title 18, U.S.C., Section 241 - Conspiracy Against Rights This statute makes it unlawful for two or more persons to conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person of any state, territory or district in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him/her by the Constitution or the laws of the United States, (or because of his/her having exercised the same). It further makes it unlawful for two or more persons to go in disguise on the highway or on the premises of another with the intent to prevent or hinder his/her free exercise or enjoyment of any rights so secured. Punishment varies from a fine or imprisonment of up to ten years, or both; and if death results, or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years, or for life, or may be sentenced to death. Deprivation Of Rights Under Color Of Law Summary: Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States. For the purpose of Section 242, acts under "color of law" include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within their lawful authority, but also acts done beyond the bounds of that official's lawful authority, if the acts are done while the official is purporting to or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties. Persons acting under color of law within the meaning of this statute include police officers, prisons guards and other law enforcement officials, as well as judges, care providers in public health facilities, and others who are acting as public officials. It is not necessary that the crime be motivated by animus toward the race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin of the victim. The offense is punishable by a range of imprisonment up to a life term, or the death penalty, depending upon the circumstances of the crime, and the resulting injury, if any. TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242 - Deprivation of Rights Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, ... shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death. Title 42, U.S.C., Section 14141 - Pattern and Practice This civil statute was a provision within the Crime Control Act of 1994 and makes it unlawful for any governmental authority, or agent thereof, or any person acting on behalf of a governmental authority, to engage in a pattern or practice of conduct by law enforcement officers or by officials or employees of any governmental agency with responsibility for the administration of juvenile justice or the incarceration of juveniles that deprives persons of rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States. Whenever the Attorney General has reasonable cause to believe that a violation has occurred, the Attorney General, for or in the name of the United States, may in a civil action obtain appropriate equitable and declaratory relief to eliminate the pattern or practice. Types of misconduct covered include, among other things: Excessive Force Discriminatory Harassment False Arrest Coercive Sexual Conduct Unlawful Stops, Searches, or Arrests LEARN HOW TO STOP THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS FOR ANY CASE! Fraudulent concealment is a common law doctrine that may be invoked to toll a statute of limitations. Under this doctrine, if a defendant has concealed his misconduct, the limitations period shall start when the plaintiff discovers his claim or should have discovered it with due diligence.[1] It is similar to the equitable estoppel doctrine.[2] The United States Supreme Court adopted the fraudulent concealment doctrine as a federal common law matter in the 1874 case Bailey v. Glover. The Supreme Court stated that the law recognizes that people who commit fraud should not benefit from their conduct. When a defendant engages in fraudulent concealment, the statute of limitations is tolled. Fraudulent concealment occurs when one party intentionally hides or suppresses a material fact that they are legally obligated to disclose with the intent to deceive another party. Here are the key elements required to establish a case of fraudulent concealment: 1. Concealment of a Material Fact: The defendant must have concealed or suppressed a material fact. 2. Duty to Disclose: The defendant must have been obliged to disclose the fact to the plaintiff. 3. Intent to Defraud: The defendant must have intentionally concealed or suppressed the facts to defraud the plaintiff. 4. Reliance: The plaintiff must have relied on the absence of the concealed fact. 5. Damages: The plaintiff must have suffered damages as a result of the concealment.
