Was about 50 years ago I applied to college. My buddy was going to Notre Dame so I thought why not. I can get a ride with him back and forth since he had a car. Only place I applied. Kinda stupid but it worked. ND is not a school. You don't feel like you're at a school. You feel like you joined a country club.

You avoided mentioning you were rejected or waitlisted. Instead you talked about the weather which was not relevant. Like Syracuse, North Western.

I love seeing recruitment videos- especially at schools where there’s a chapter of my sorority (Phi Sig.) So happy you found your home, I hope you LOVE every minute! I also got accepted for civil engineering! Would you recommend uiuc? Is the average class size truly 43?

I love UIUC!! Truly have had a blast and really enjoy it. The average class size really depends. My lectures were usually larger but discussions felt way smaller (like 20 people). Civil Engineering has a class that everyone takes so that class felt huge bc it was all of the freshmen and transfer cee students but I still had a lot of fun in it

@@conniehwood Thank you for replying! A major concern that I have though is the location because I'm from the city. Is it really in the middle of nowhere? Plus, how is the workload? Is it insanely rigorous? (Sorry I didn't ask this all at once. I am having trouble picking between uiuc and another uni)

@@dunglingcasiutim I’m also from the city and personally love living in a college town. It is in the middle of no where but you have access to everything you also don’t notice the cornfields unless you are going to like a soccer game or something at the very south end of campus. I lived in the 6 pack and rarely noticed it. Also the surrounding town is big. The work load is a lot but manageable I would expect it would be similar no matter where you end up

You just committed mostly on financial aid instead of anything else. Yes, financial aid is very important but when I choice a college long time ago, financial aid wasn't my main decision maker tbh.

I also chose because it was the best option for my major. So best for my major and best for me $$ wise sounds like the best option. My second favorite was because of the weather and dorm which is not a reason to pick a school. I’ve been in school since august and could not be happier with my choice

I just saw your previous college reactions video you posted a week before this one, why are you suggesting/claiming you chose not to go to schools when many of these colleges rejected you. Don’t you think this is dishonest?

To be honest I made my decision before I heard back from many schools. I’d say I knew before most of the ones rejected me and I don’t remember exactly when I filmed this but it was also possible I hadn’t heard back when I filmed this video. Some schools I knew early on that they were not the place for me and I found it more educational to say what I liked and disliked (bc I used similar videos to form opinions when I found by visit) as opposed to only saying oh well they rejected me so it doesn’t matter.

Hello, I have been accepted for 2021 Kode with Klossy but I am not equipped with IPhone or IPad will they equip me? I have a laptop though(not a mac). Website Development

For web development I used a chromebook throughout the session and was fine. This year I’m doing app dev and they will be loaning me an apple computer.

@@akhileshpandey8348 I don't think so. They should let you know in your confirmation emails. I didn't have an iPad and didn't use my iPhone for the camp necessarily.
