Yes, the top canopy opens. The guns move. So playable.

The Tumbler looks horrible. Tweaked wheels, guns painted weird. I hope they remake this version like they did the all black Tumbler. On the other hand Jazzinc is definitely going to make the Best Batmobiles ever.

No idea. HT says it is. 89 was shorter than 1/1. So maybe Tumbler too.
