So I was just going to post on here to allow regular questions with you all and use the weekly videos as a way to connect because in those dedicated videos I will share my updates, share other knowledge and also answer any questions I get.

Thank you for your videos. I also am very much content being alone, although at times just feeling like someone is there can be very calming. This is why I enjoy watching, because although I'm seeing and hearing you onscreen, it does give me a sense of peace.

Loner boss! I am so ready for this challenge! I've marked the date and this week I'll be going through and setting goals! I've already started on some of them prior to your video, but this is actually going to keep me motivated and make sure that I'm keeping on track. "What actually have I done with my life this year? and "Fear being in the exact same place next year as you are today" - Girl, this is me every year! I have this thought every year just before the new year. I try to look back at all the things that I've done throughout the year and sometimes I'm like "Wait ... what have I actually done this year??" - Not sure if it's that memory loss in our 30s kicking in because I'm sure I haven't been a complete potato hahah 😂 I'm pretty stoked about this. LET'S GO LONERS! 😄😄😄

@@itismek I screamed reading this! This makes me soooo excited 🫶🏼🔥 I wrote my goals over the weekend as well, and even made my son do his. This week are the future you and burn the ships letters. That quote around fearing being the same as last year kills me everytime. We are going to grow together!

@@the_loner_diaries I'm SOOOOO ready. A much needed change for sure. The past few weeks I've already been putting my health and fitness first, as well as spiritual cord cutting all those negative vibes and people out of my life and it feels great! "I live my life a quarter mile at a time" This challenge definitely came at the right time to make sure I keep motivated and I stick to it. It's amazing that your son is doing it too! You've raised such a great kiddo! I'm still super excited typing this out 😂 This is such a good way to keep your loner community motivated (even the silent followers). Great job loner boss!

I'm already doing some of the things, which is nice, and it's already motivated me! There's a couple of books I started earlier in the year and then ~life happened~ and I didn't go back to them, so I wanna finish both books as part of the reading/personal development goal, especially as they're "personal development" type books as well! The accountability is fun too! 😊

I broke my loner status this Sunday for one of the few things I'll do out of choice - music. I went to the TISM gig at the Riverstage - bonus was seeing MGF perform - I've wanted to see TISM for years and it was worth the wait. Although it's an expensive pursuit when you have to fly 1200km to enjoy it - thankfully I have close friends here who make it worthwhile.

Have to say fall/winter is my favorite seasons, my skin would say otherwise, gets very dry. In the colder months I can just hangout more at home. lol. I don’t hate summer, it’s great for hiking, fishing, and camping which I love. Dusting! I hate dust. It is one of the most annoying things about cleaning for me. 😂 What brand/model headphones do you use? I may be looking for one soon. The banter between you and your son is normal for me. We joke and goof around with our kids. I worked with someone from Australia a few years back. She was always going to Starbucks. lol. It was also neat to hear how things are different there. ✌️ out
