What about the free glutamate in foods like parmesan or even potatoes? Is it the same like Msg?

I was diagnosed with reactive hypoglycemia a few years ago. I was at work the day I got sick it started with uncontrollable shaking so I knew I needed something like peanut butter then I would go in and out of consciousness, extremely tired. One of my coworkers checked my blood sugar and it was 52. I still to this day don’t remember much of what happened. I was taken to my doctor’s office while talking to him I felt myself passing out again then I was rushed to the ER because the doctor thought I was having a stroke the CT was was fine and I was sent home. I was extremely tired like I had been in a race. I followed up with my doctor and that’s when I was diagnosed with reactive hypoglycemia.

I have to take 3 to 4 10mg pills at a time or it doesn't serve the purpose I take it for. I noticed it has quite a bit less side effect than real psuedoephedrine does.
