Well there goes your crankshaft. Runout went from 2 thou to probably about 40 thou. Ask me how I know. Harley’s suck. I can proudly say that.

@@Anonymouso283 I beat on that thang and it still ran great 👍🏻 but the motor that was in it when I got it did have crank runout and toor up the oil pump etc but swapped this. Motor in and was good to go I put like 15000 hard miles on it as you can see and was still purring like a kitten

@@everydayshenanigans1697 Nice man I wish I went that route. I bulletproofed my motor, but spent 8k in the process. Just wish I bought an ol TC88 off EBay and went from there and waited till that one exploded lol. Motors are cheap.

Awesome video sir! I too bought a full rp regular exhaust system. Waiting for some other parts to arrive, then I can install. Do we re-use the factory Exhaust gasket or does RP provide one for us to use? Thank you in advance! Sounds amazing at the end of the video. Do you have any videos that show it in motion and drivebys?

Understood! No problem. I’m in the process of installing the rp system and came across the head pipe and the mid pipe not fitting into its locations due to the OEM shock hitting the pipe. How did you overcome the very limited space to feed those pipes into? In your video you stopped filming and changed something. What was that? Any tips and tricks would greatly be appreciated! Thank you in advance.

@@mchevownr I put mine in piece by piece and the only thing it got hung up on was the parking brake cable bracket that’s mounted to the side cases of the motor so I pulled mine off and cut it in half and reinstalled it

It does have a spark arrester but not sure on a quieter core insert they do have a longer muffler witch I’m assuming would be quieter

Yes it is the same size but I mean the outside of the boxes end doesn’t fit cause it hits on the outside of the wrench the actual box end fits the bolt size

I Worked on it A little bit each day for a couple days since I didn’t have the new motor yet but when I did my brothers bike I pulled motor and put new motor in within eight hours he has a 97 electraglide
