I sat in Weston City Hall and negotiated public safety with Zach Ipour (Megatel CEO) while reviewing the plats before giving my approval recommendation to City Council. It sits at the intersection of Weston Road and Chambersville Road and consist of 1200 single family lots and 300 multifamily units.
