La compra de una casa departe de un hermitaño que tiene para comprarse una de 35 millones pero prefiere comprarse la de 3.5 millones por qué prefiere ser onorable con sigo mismo por qué piensa que el ahora vale 35 millones y antes solo valia el solo 3.5 ahora el se dió cuenta que vale más después de toda una tormenta vino la calma para el o asia el por haber aprendido a ser onorable con sigo mismo y a valorar más su vida

So many things I love about this house. It's gorgeous and the architecture is so warm and thoughtful. That alone is huge. I hate cookie cutter houses. What didn't like was the guitar player. I found it annoying and towards the end you seemed to be spotlighting him as much as the house. That's a waste of your time and the viewer's. It wasn't cozy or inviting and it took time away from this fabulous house. Also while I love the coziness of croissants and coffee it was not filmed in the best light. Coffee should always been seen up close. If you're going to show a delicious, buttery, crispy croissant, it's the same. Show us the coffee in the cup and show us the layers in the croissant. And leave out the musicians. My two or five cents.

Yes, the guitar player was very confusing? It was like someone trying to get promoted or helping a friend out and just distracting and odd. Otherwise a beautiful property! I've walked by this house many times and it looks stunning from the street!

@@mrsmeggers That's what I thought too. Is this a friend or colleague or something? It's fine to showcase or promote someone but do it separately. Have a video that says, oh here's person we'd love you to meet. Putting him as a co-star to this house viewing was weird. Made no sense.

It's stunning, but hard to enjoy when each frame lasts an average of 3 seconds, if you're lucky.....simply double or triple that, I could sit through a 10 minute video of this.

For all you people worried about it falling in the ocean and erosion. Yeah that stuff happens but this house was built in 1970. I guess if you're worried about over hundreds of years, but it's proven it is soundly built.
