For Diesel locos notch down on the throttle is acceleration and for Electric Locos notch up is acceleration? Please enlighten me.

Kar sakte hain sabse pehle Railway ke Running staff office me supervisor se contact karna hoga written me... reason genuine hona chahiye ki You tube channel hai, logon ki request hai... then supervisor jo loco pilots ko duty ke liye opt.. karte hain ve unse contact kar wayenge... fir aapko ek root tay karna hoga ...
