Hi there, do you know if a front basket, can be fitted to this?

I recently purchased two snapcycle S1 foldable bikes. After 7 miles one of the bikes as soon as you power it on the display comes on and immediately goes out. The bike runs but the display does not work. I contacted snapcycle and they requested a video. I sent the video to them three different times. They have not responded back and it’s been nine days. It appears that I’m stuck with a bike that I purchased that does not work properly. I do not recommend at all. RUN !

I appreciate you. You actually just answered my question. I got on the internet, than youtube looking for answers. I received my A8 PRO MAX DUAL MOTOR ON DEC 28TH. I noticed that when my battery got around 50%, it did not have the kick or power it did when fully charged. I freaked out and said maybe as the battery gets lower, this is a safety thing. Thank you for answering my dilemma. YOU ROCK!! Oh by the way, I also purchased another battery from, so I have 2 now. WHOO HOO!!!

Hi, thanks for the review. Did you experience any issues with the handlebar shifting off the center bar? I've tightened the bolts as much as I could (to the point where I was worried about breaking something), but the handlebar still doesn’t stay fixed.

I weigh 265lbs and 18mph is the best that I can get. One thing that I have found is the suspension is very stiff when riding in the woods. Any suggestions on mak8ng the suspension softer?

That front fender is way to high up above that front of the wheel i dont trust that. I believe dirt and water will flicker but does look very cool lol.

Rolling garbage! This company provides zero aftermarket warranty protection and you will need it when this poorly made ebike breaks down. Lousy frame made of Chinese pot metal, not as advertised. Planetary gears will probably shear off before you reach 1000 miles. The company completely ignores your requests for support after your purchase... you will end up with a $1000 door stop.

I purchased the ECells Step Star, but it was not delivered as ordered, and after numerous emails and phone calls, things are still not resolved. Their website claims "unparalleled customer service", but it hasn't been unparalleled in a good way... Since then I discovered that E-cells has an F rating from Better Business Bureau.

Now on sale at Amazon for $599 plus tax. That includes shipping charge. Great deal. I already own the red one and the gold one. Heavy, but very stable and good acceleration. Almost completely assembled when it arrives. Very happy with it. The free mirrors never arrived though.
