Thank you. I learnt this turn about 3 months ago. Previously, I was doing the "suicide turn" but found that I was letting off too much air hence my breaststroke pull-out suffered. Then I tried the non-fancy "turtle turn", but I guess it was slow... greatest fear about the cross-over turn is a DQ, and I'm only confident in executing it on the right hand touch... I think it was shocked at the glide in finish. Another stroke and he might have finished 3rd or worse.

Yes I do. Not only is the volume higher, the spreads between bud/ask are tighter
