Absolutely loved this meditation! I was startled awake a few times by the ads, though (maybe you could just do ads at the beginning/end and not throughout?)

I’m so glad you enjoyed 🙏🌊 unfortunately, until this channel reaches a certain number of subscribers I don’t have any control over the ads on these videos. Once I am able to I will 100% keep ads from interrupting in the middle of the flow! Thank you for your graciousness and I hope we can meditate together again soon🌟🧘💓

I love your meditations. I would do other guided meditations where they included background music. After doing yours, I realized I don't enjoy the background music. The meditations you provide show complete peace and stillness. Thank you, namaste!
