I'm only one month late to reply but I do remember. It took me ~10 attempts, which was way less then I'd expect. Out of these 10 attempts I made it to the skelly transformation twice. But yeah, during this run I got the best possible mutations in the best possible order which was kinda lucky and made things lot easier. Also, golden nuke OP

Yes, it is an old version of the level. I've seen QZ re-uploading all of his levels after I've cleaned this one, so probably they realized it was broken.
