I usually use ricco but for this pattern specifically, a friend gave me a set of hooks and there are no brands written on it 😅

What a brilliant video, you do such lovely work Ana. I am just in the middle of doing the little elf girl to go with all the other Christmas toys I have watched. I am going to have a try at the chunky ones to make a mobile for my little grandson. Please keep your videos and patterns going as I really enjoy them. Question why do you put yarn over on some rows and then yarn under on others? I have never seen this before does it make a lot of difference! Thank you Sue💕

Have fun with the Christmas projects! I have beautiful new ones for the end of the year so, prepare your hook! Lol And is a wonderful idea to make a mobile with the chunkies! There are more to come for this collection as well (I am full of ideas Yay!) About the yarn over and under, basically like this: I have a very tight stitch tension, so when I am working with a very small needle, I usually work with yarn over (unless we are working vertical stripes, like the video tutorial for the Queen of Hearts that I have here). For super bulky yarn is a very fluffy yarn. And even with tight tension, you can end up having to see through holes. So, I work with yarn under. But, for the first round only, inside the magic ring, I am working with yarn over! I hope that is not confusing!
