At the end of the video, sir mentioned about the, how to find metric tonnes (mass)- actual volume × temperature corrected density........ Sir r u saying actual volume of tank Or the volume we found one . Let me clear about this anyone

Nice video and very good explanation. The guy in the end says “stay safe”. However, he is not using nitrile gloves to protect his hands. He is measuring tank ullage using no PPE and with bare hands which is not at all safe.

Nice! What company manufactured this engine. I know it is a 6 cylinder slow speed diesel. I have sailed on ships that had Sulzer's and B& W Man engines. I have never seen this model before.

@@marinetimelapsetv9794 Thanks for passing along the engine model and manufacturer! It looked like a Man B&W design. I was able to find some photos and diagrams. also a large 375 page PDF on the details of this engine. I learned it is 2012 vintage 2 cycle with electronic controlled fuel injection. Many changes with design features with the advances in technology. I worked on ships as an engineer with 1980 vintage Sulzer and Man B&W 2 cycle slow speed engine designs. These engines used direct camshaft driven fuel injection ad had none of the electronic control engineering. The technology keeps moving forward. Very nice to see. I enjoyed working and doing the engine and engine room maintenance.
