Youngsters,! Haven/t you nver heard of Hires? I believe even Nehi had a root beer soda. I like Jamacian Ginger Beer, love the bite. Now that I am doing the diet (trying to, still learning) I no longer drink any soda or the ginger beer. Since Sept. I have lost 30 pounds and feel much better daily.

Hello Fitness Confidential Podcast - Vinnie Tortorich. I visited your KZbin Channel. Your content is Excellent. But your Channel is not growing, Because your Content title and Description are not SEO-friendly and do not have Enough Rank tags. This is why there is no Content Coming to the top of KZbin. As a result, your video SEO Score is very low, according to VidiQ, (your channel's video's SEO score is 0 / out of 100, which should be 80+). If you want, I can make it 80+, which wifubll help your channel grow faster. If you SEO your videos Properly then the Channel Progress will be very Fast & Subscribers and Views will Increase. If you want I can solve problems and help you rank your videos Better. If you are Interested Please Let me know. Regards, Najmun (KZbin Video SEO Expert).

Seems like they’ve been cherry-picking a lot on those different studies and then made some weird correlations to lack of meat in diets. I wonder what other scientists and researchers are saying?
@alexfirth28285 күн бұрын
The study they are basing this book on only looked at B12 deficiency. Never mentions vegan or vegetarian diets. Just some people trying to make a quick buck off a growing trend of the carnivore diet.

Okay, Vinnie. You've made assumptions based on facts not in evidence. It's a natural epimer of sugar that exists in some natural foods in small quantities. You make it sound like Koreans poured dangerous chemicals into test tubes in some secret basement laboratory. They actually used enzymes to convert fructose to the allulose molecule, similar to how fermentation works. Would you consider yogurt and cheese to be dangerous chemical "crap" because an enzyme has been added to a naturally occurring substance to produce it? I doubt you would. #fearmongering

This doesn't make sense. The FDA thing is wrong. That doesn't make allulose wrong.

What are you saying? Huh? Every AMERICAN food company wants additives to NOT be on the label. Not just Koreans. And many additives that ARE on labels are way worse than alluose. Nothing burger. Block this channel.

Expensive? Yeah. But it's cheaper than medicinal treatments. And if you want that sweet sweet treat/ taste, then this is what you want for that alone. I use a CGM and it doesn't spike nor raise my glucose levels. So yes, it's good for carb free eating habits. Plus bonus, it triggers glp-1 that suppresses your hunger (yes that sweet tooth too). Double bonus, it blocks other carbs from being absorbed. AND because of that, I take it as a supplement because it causes your body to use visceral fat first.

If you’re low carb then go for it. If you’re carnivore trying to heal then No. I wonder how they “extract” the stuff from dates though… what process is used? Chemicals? I notice people using it also have to use a LOT for their recipes. Expensive when you can just use a tiny amount of natural stevia instead.

Vinnie thank you so much for interviewing Professor Seyfried. I’m a big fan of both of you. I had a brain tumour removed 17 months ago, was given a prognosis of 24 months, and I just found out it seems to be growing back - slowly. I am doubling down on my keto diet, and seeing you so healthy and positive despite the recurrence of your cancer inspires me so much. Thank you thank you!
