Shavkhat hasn't gone up against any grapplers let alone one to the level of belal. Shavkhat's striking is solid but his head movement is more or less non existent. I don't think shavkhat will take belal down and be able to do any work. Either Belal wins via decision or KO
@teddystriker

@@mateoparedes9586 yea shavkat hasn’t fought a grappler like belal before but that doesn’t mean he won’t do well against him, volk hadn’t fought a grappler like Islam and did incredibly well at defending the grappling, Islam hadn’t gone up against a grappler like Oliviera but he submitted him, Usman had never gone up against a wrestler like woodley yet he completely out grappled him Shavkat doesn’t use too much headmovement but the same goes for belal Muhammad, Belal could win a decision but I don’t see him winning by ko

Shavkat isn't winning this fight. The sheer dominance Leon's fight showed that. The best win of Shavkat is Geoff Neil and 40 year old Steven ranked 8 and 9 Shavkat can't take Belal down. Shavkat had hard time taking down Wonderboy. Belal has better striking. He outstriked Leon by 100 strikes where Shavkat is hittable. Your analysis didn't make much sense. I will not go through whole otherwise I have to write an essay on that.
@teddystriker
@teddystriker 11 күн бұрын
@@italia189 sheer dominance against a certain style doesn’t mean your going to beat another fighter with a completely different style, Leon took belal down + reversed him luque reversed him aswell, Geoff Neal schooled belal on the feet and Shavkat outstruck him But you think belal is a better striker because he out struck Leon, a fighter shavkat never fought, Belal is also hittable bro, Belal can win but I favour shavkat
@italia189
@italia189 9 күн бұрын
@@teddystriker You seem delusional. You just favour Shavkat for no logical reason. You provided 0 reasons over Belal why Shavkat will win. That's the problem with Shavkat's fan. They just think Shavkat is gonna beat Belal but can't provide any logical reason. Let's go through it again. 1 - Belal fought better competition and won dominant fashion. The best win Shavkat has Geoff Neil - ranked 10 - gatekeeper while Belal won against row of killers - Maia, Wonderboy, Luque, Brady, Burns, Edwards. 2 - Shavkat never fought good grappler - Neil, Magny and Wonderboy aren't grappler - they are striker - where Belal is good at grappling. Shavkat had very hard time taking Wonderboy down. On the ground - it's Belal. 3 - Belal is better striker. Leon is one of the best striker and Belal outstriked Leon where Shavkat is very hittable. Also, Belal puts on tremendous pressure like he did against Leon which doesn't give striker the space to strike so Shavkat's already poor striking will be even poorer. Also, Shavkat has to worry about takedown that will compromise his striking. And if Shavkat trie to do some kness or kick - that will help Belal to take him down. 4 - Also, Belal does his homework and able to execute the gameplan. He is going to find out all the mistakes Shavkat does and come up with Game plan. So, for all those reason - you shouldn't pick Shavkat. This is not to say that Shavkat can't win but based on logic, it is *more likely* that Belal would win.

@teddystriker 9 күн бұрын
@@italia189 did you read what I said? Shavkat would’ve fought better competition but due to there being no clear no.1 contender at welterweight and shavkat finishing fights he got the title shot, belal had to get those wins because there was the Usman-Edwards trilogy and colby getting an undeserved title shot, Yea shavkat struggled to get wb down but he finished him when he got him down and you can see wb’s takedown defence is getting better, his last fight showed that Shavkat puts pressure too and Leon is a back foot fighter and Leon out striking wrestlers like Colby and usman doesn’t make him an elite striker and belal was out landing him due to Leon being worried about the takedown threat, if Leon went forward like he did in the first fight belal would’ve got out struck Belal got dog walked by Geoff Neal while shavkat rocked him multiple times and finished him, Luque was landing calf kicks on belal without getting taken down and Geoff hit with head kicks no problem same with Leon in the first fight I acknowledged that belal does a great job of studying his opponents in the video I think shavkat will beat belal but I wouldn’t be surprised if your Daddy won Read what I said before you respond otherwise shut your candy ass up

Bivol is a master of distance! That's his secret. If you watch his fights, he misses alot of shots because he stays right on the edge of his opponents reach zone. He pops in and out of that range. He has a pretty good reach and he uses it with great success. Bivol has been hurt before, but no to the point of being dropped or even to throw him off his game plan like you mentioned in the video. He can take alot of damage as well as beterbiev. I have seen Beterbiev go down, two seperate fights, so he is not unbeatable. This is a great question to dive into. I do think Alex Pereria has shown enough to prove that he really does have a Rare kind of punching Power. I swear he has this unique ability to flex his muscles, to build up rapid potential energy & then unleash that tension into crazy kinetic energy. Even when he's in awkward off balance out of position kind of positions.. lol We've seen that he doesn't even need a full wind up with a fully extended punch to generate these insane forces *All of this is hard to describe but oh well. So he was in that squared stance, he didn't even turn his hips over but he clearly generated a very powerful punch.. (i played baseball & skateboarded most my life so I'm just making an educated guess here) I think when Alex pulls off those power shots where he doesn't even turn his hips or fully step through them when he throws.. The only thing that i can think of that he must be doing, is he must have mastered that ability to quickly tense up, & activate the right muscles & regions of the body that you need in order to stabilize himself. When done correctly it can basically turn his body into a temporary human slingshot... But he seems to have unlocked a new level of this where he is being able generate & use that torque even when he's in the most "unorthodox positions" Idk that's my best attempt at explaining anything about this lol

Its short sighted. Its good for boxing right now but it wont be once the initiative runs its course. This is a PR operation by the saudis and it wont last forever. Boxing needs to be brought under one governing body with payments being structured and consistent. Once this all runs its course will the best fighters still be prepared to fight for less or will they just put on meaningless exhibitions?
@teddystriker

@@user-bh4gw7ck4d I think that once this runs its course it will have left a good impact on boxing and show other entities how boxing should be and the era of being undefeated to be a star will fade, which will make top fighters face other top fighters and the money will follow

@@teddystriker I understand where your coming from and agree about the undefeated bullshit that needs to go but I think the issue has always been money at the core. Any fighter will generally fight any fighter for the right purse but the problem is when there isn't the limitless pot of Saudi money and fighters being able to negotiate their own purse well be back to square one. The whole thing needs regulating and matchmaking based only on ranking and purses being set within a rigid framework taking into account sales revenue etc. Completely take the politics out of the equation it's the only long term solution as I see it. Too many people with their finger in the pie and an agenda at the moment and that's what needs to end.
@teddystriker
@teddystriker Ай бұрын
@@user-bh4gw7ck4d I think the saudis are trying to do that by bringing promoters together which will bring the fighters under one roof Another bs is with the belts and the random mandatories which cause fighters to avoid certain fights like the canelo vs benavidez situation And also if the saudis leave I think it’ll force fighters to fight other top fighters because with the saudis we’ll have insane fights for a cheaper price $20 and once they’ll be gone we will get a top fighter vs a jabroni for 90$ which no one will watch And that’ll cause the top fighters to fight each other because people will be willing to watch it and they can’t rely on Saudi to pay them something they aren’t worth, they’ll have to generate that money and that will be through fighting top guys

Nah Islam ain't that dog. I mean i get it, he has pretty fast hands and decent kicks, good clinch (altho clinch is more of like a mix of grappling with striking). But his clinch and striking abilities are sure effective but wouldn't be as much if not for being emplified with by his grappling. You see him and Dustin fight, he wouldn't do so well in a pure striking match. You get a guy who can control you for a round or get a finishing position on the ground if you make 1 mistake on the feet. That makes you way more concerned less focused and limited in striking, you can't do certian moves couse you afraid of getting takedowned ect. And against Volk 1 same thing 2 the phsicality diference was pretty evident, the size the power the chin ect. Volk was able to land on him pretty well but his shots weren't usually that effective. Volk can charge up and land a clean right hand in round 3 i think and Islam just tanks it. Volk get cliped at the tip with a normal straight punch that wasn't as charged up or anything and he is stumbling all over the place. Izzy shouldn't be that high, couse he can't really change up his style or create KOs. If a fighter is not giving their chin to him willingly he can't really do much aside from using his phsicality his speed his lenght to land fast kicks and then basicly run away. His boxing isn't really all that, improved a bit against Dricus but then he also got cliped a lot in that fight too. If a guy like Kelvin or Sean can go 5 rounds with you and do so well when they are fat slow guys from 170 like bruh. And yes he KOd Alex but his style of range and kick-boxing is also they style of Alex so course he will have good performance (+Alex's chin was there for the taking and in 185 he is so much worse). Ilia is a bit underrated he has pretty good defence, doesn't get hit with too many big shots usually. Short guy high guard hard to hit. His boxing is deadly as hell, and he can finish guy early or in any moment just like Alex so we should give more points for him. Where as a guy like Izzy or Sean, they can barely ever get a proper KD-KO they can't get agressive finishes. They do their defence and point scoring stlye and sometimes something lands. Sean i would say is the best altho he barely faced high level striking oposition. Chito isn't on his level everyone else was either a lower ranked bum or some mid tier fighter or grappler like Aljo and Merab. His 1 fight against Yan who is half the size was going nose to nose with him, altho he got way better since than, still. I would easily put a guy like Cirly on the list tho, he sure disappeard but still. Dude was able to dodge everything from N'gannu who at the time just knocked the fuck out of everybody. Outstruck everyone so easily. Lewis landed more illegal strikes on Gane than legal shots😂😂 Soon (probably will beat Volkov again) he will be 2-0 over Volkov, beat Lewis N'gannu (not just striking wise should have gotten the decision) Spivak JDS Tai at his prime ect. Bro is basicly the cleanest fastest striker there, he can do all types of shit from upward elbows spinning jumping stuff ect. Great from both stances or countering at range in clinch boxing ect. He should be above guys like Strickland who is basicly a slow walking front kick with good defencive moves and no ability to finish a fight unless the oposition is a complete bum like Anus Magomedov. And even above Islam since Islam takedown threat and the wrestling itself slows down guy gasses them, takes their focus away, limits their moves ect. Even Khabib was able to land a big shot on Conor off of his takedown threat, doesn't mean Khabib is a top 20 striker either. Altho if we put guys like Sean and Izzy, where is Drigger Duplesis? Bro "beat" Sean, Rob and Izzy all 3 top strikers in 185 (yes he subed Izzy but he was tagging him before regardless) I would say 10. Dricus 9.Islam 8. What would it take? 7. Gane 6. Max 5. Ilia 4. Volk 3.Petr 2.Alex 1.O'malley (Dustin is probably retired plus he as of currently more of a well rounded fighter and not a boxing heavy guy as before, which kncoks him off the list, and also his recent pure striking fight was Justin where Justin was actually outstriking him for the most part and also knocked him out. But if we take him as an active guy we can exhange him for Tom at 8.)

@@EmeralArcher I see what you mean by islams striking being more effective due to the threat of the takedown but his striking is still extremely developed, look at a guy like aljamain Sterling for example, he had the threat of the takedown against petr yan but he wasn’t beating him on the feet, yea he had volume but nothing too significant whereas Islam has the threat of the takedown and is dropping volk and Oliveira, hitting and out striking Dustin with clean significant strikes, and beat volk with his striking, sure the size played a factor but he still had the technique and precision to land on a much faster and “better” striker, and also Dustin fought Oliveira, Chandler and BSD with a threat of a takedown and he was out striking them and fought the same way he always does same with Islam And volk was bigger than Islam on the night of the first fight, I agree that izzy doesn’t change his style or make high level mid fight adjustments but his boxing is good, he lost to Strickland cause he couldn’t make any adjustments but look at his boxing vs Pereira both times, against Jan he was landing clean counters and vs DDP, he was able to land intercepting counters on Costa, rob etc which takes boxing skill, which for some reason he didn’t attempt vs ddp And going 5 rds with guys like kelvin who took massive power shots from a prime cannonier and never been ko’ed isn’t too bad especially vs that version of kelvin and Strickland is one of the best defensive fighters in the sport rn, and sean walks around at 230 off camp, he’s a real middleweight, Alex was always a lightheavyweight even in his kickboxing days, he took big shots from other middleweights and never got put out the way izzy put him out, that’s an extremely impressive win which is another reason why I put him at that spot along with the performance in the first fight, Ilia was getting hit quite a bit by volk and Josh Emmett was tagging him up too, and ilia has finished guys but how many were ranked, and volk did get finished 3 months prior with a headkick, Izzy and Sean have dominated top ranked contenders in their weight class and finished some of them two without being 1 punch ko artist Tbf to Suga yan was also half Sandhagen’s size and yan beat the f outta him Cyril was definitely considered but I put him on my honourable mentions because he got dropped by tai when jairzinho and Volkov made tai look like baby food and also Sean has beat izzy, became undisputed and nearly beat dricus with his striking, so it mainly comes down to level of competition but that’s not on Cyril cuz most heavyweights are built like doughnuts, I think he should beat Volkov … as long as he didn’t go full Hollywood 😬 Anus Magomedov 🤣 🤣 DDP isn’t on the list because he was getting out struck by izzy, was getting pieced up by till, got rocked by BLONDE BRUNSON, and Strickland arguably outstruck him too, and dricus is like the most hit champion currently Dustin is still active, he’s got 1 fight left, and he’s fought some of the best strikers in the sport and has 2 wins over both max and Conor, You have a good list but I would definitely take dricus outta there

@@teddystriker I mean yeah Islam has clean tecnique and fast and stuff. And yes Dustin fought other grappling guys before. BUT None of them had the grappling of Islam. Well only Khabib did and Dustin wasn't that striking oriented right away and was focusing on defence for the most part aside from 1 right hand.. Chandler sure can take down people but he isn't a giant submission threat to Dustin and not a tipical GNP guy plus Chandler gasses with the grappling, us he is dum. Charles isn't a takedown guy once Dustin was on the ground sure he was right away defencive, but in the feet he didn't have to change anything of his usual style he was throwing combos right away doing his thing. Benoa Spred them cheeks is not even that high level. Decent grappling sure but Dustin felt he can easily hang on the ground with him, bro was so comfortable he was pulling tge guilly every chance he could, you don't see him do a single guilly on Islam. And also Dustin knew Benoa on the feet is light work for him and not a dangerous grappling threat for him either (and when i say for him i mean that Benoa sure has good grappling but so does Dustin so for some regular guy Benoa can be dangerous but for Dustin he isn't couse the grappling skill level isn't wide) Islam is aside from Khabib is the only ultimate grappler Dustin has fought. You make a single mistake overcomit on a shot or anything and you are in the clinch with him or on the ground and he is about to jump on you. Or even if you don't make any mistake he can still get you down. In a pure striking match Islam ain't top 10. Definitely a problem don't get me wrong i adressed his skill prior, but his striking alone isn't top 10 and i don't see how was Volk bigger than him. Islam clearly has a lenght advantage Volk always had to reach for shots, the punching power is also a big diference Islam could take Volk's shots 2x better. And Volk's head is at Islam's dick level so high kicking an alcoholic Volk on short notice doesn't convince me even Max was able to hurt Volk with a headkick so it's not something we have never seen before. Islam has good basic striking. Good kicks good punches, and usually not a dumass either. And all that gets elavated with his giant grappling threat. And not just a threat you see opponents after they get up from his first or second takedown, they are already half gassed, slower worried ect. And let's be honest, who the fuck doesn't drop Charles Olivera 😂 I love the guy but he just jumps into fire every time, that knee was so telegraphed that it wasn't a big deal to just catch him. Like i'm not saying Islam sucks, he doesn't, he is good, just not super fucking great like everyone says. He is pretty good, very good in fact, just not quite at that level. And yeah Yan beat Cory but Cory is a lesser striker than O'malley simple as. Less skilled boxer and has no punching power, aside from the athletic shit and the reach of Cory he is not a threat and he can't spam flying knees for 5 rounds can he?😅😂 Sean is almost everything Petr is but with like double the reach. I put Dricus up there couse he does more shit than Sean. Like Dricus literally hit a jumping spinning back kick on Izzy and stuff. So Dricus is sometimes good sometimes shit😂 Altho he keeps the guard up way more than he should couse the body is wide open. But frankly all Sean is is a front kick 1-2 an ocasional hook and endless parrying game to defend. And that style wins him fights in some high level matches but it's also risky as we see Alex just fucking chined him in 3 minutes. So there would be guys to make him pay for it. But sure bums like Abus and those guys can't do shit couse 185 is basicly one of the worst divisions skillwise. That's why Izzy is also not that high. His only impressive striking moments are when his opponents just give him their chins. If they don't we get fights like the Marvin rematch or the Jared fight ect. Fuck hell Rob beat the guys that Izzy beat way better. Simply Rob is half the size of Izzy and can't beat him, altho i think he won the rematch.. Frankly Izzy simply impressive when the opponent plays into his strenghts, but when not even a dwarf like Kelvin, Rob a slow unathletic guy with a jab like Sean can fuck him up. And Jan beat him standing for like 3 rounds, Izzy's kicks were checked as well. Izzy had like 1 good lean away hook in like round 3 and that was it nothing else really. So Izzy lost now 4 times, most of the times by strikes (yes Dricus subed him but he rocked him before that) and even in other fights he has easy oppoents and isn't impressive against them. Cyril when he fights a slow bum he can style on them and finish them. Izzy leg kicks to a decision. And bro, Tai landed 1 fucking punch okay😂 That fight wasn't competitive. It was Ciryl beating him, Tai lands 1 shot it happens to every single good striker, Silva got chined by Weidman too, Conor dropped by Khabib ect. Doesn't mean anything. Could Tai go exhange for exhange with Gane? No Gane kept beating him the fuck up despite getting rocked. The speed, skillset the distance management ect of Gane is better than Izzy's. You see Tai running forvard like a dumass Gane just moves away and boom clean right counter. You see Dricus just running at Izzy Izzy: "i guess i will turn away and run" like bro wtf. And i factor in current forms of fighters way often. Lile yeah Dustin outboxed a fat holloway like 6 years ago but he doesn't have that type of style he had back than. Just like if i was to out Gaethje high and we saw" but he got KOd twice in a row in 2018 " this isn't 2018 Ilia didn't get hit that much against Josh Emett, or if he did Ilia has the best chin ever couse 1 good shot from Josh and you do a Brice Mitchell. Ilia fucked him up badly, Josh landed a couple shots overall that were decent. Ilia's defence and counters in the pocket were on point, don't say Josh landed so many couse he didn't i watched that fight full lenght twice and Josh barely had any big succes or clean shot. And yes Volk got KOd before but it's not like he would have been able to take a shot from Ilia regardless. Volk likes to play on the backfoot land his shots getting out of the way ect. Simply Ilia went in and landed. But you see the guy how he moves in sparring or in fights, Ilia is fucking elite as a boxer. And to be an effective striker you also need power, which is something Ilia got. And yes didn't beat that many great fighters but he is champ had a few very good performances against decent competition and also his skills are proven on every level, i wouldn't be suprised if he beats Max altho both have the skills to win. For pure skill Cory might be good but he got no fucking power that's why Chito looked fine after him, but against Sean Chito looked like someone stomped.in his face with boots on for like 15 times over.

Ngannou beat fury and was robbed. Ngannou was a threat to boxing 🥊. Boxing is a Mafia. They had to have him fake a knockout with Joshua to save boxing. They couldn't just let him walk into their sport and take over it. They saw what ngannou could do against fury. And decided to pay ngannou to lose. Take a fake knockout punch from Joshua. That fight was staged. Those punches never landed. I watched the fight. You people are Soo easily fooled. Sometimes they need to show this stuff right in front of your 👀 before you guys will even understand. All you people are Soo easily manipulated by these mafias. It's not even funny.. Thanks for reading my message..

@@Passportbros8 I saw a video once about how some of Mike Tysons fights were fixed with guys falling from shots that clearly didn’t land or how some fighters had fake records but I think this one was legit bro, those punches landed on ngannou and why would ngannou pay to get ko’ed considering the damage it would do to his reputation and knowing that if he won he could’ve 3x his money. If they fixed the fight they could’ve done a bunch of things to sabotage ngannou like get him to the arena 4 hours before the fight to fatigue him, temper with Aj’s gloves, or something else but straight up paying him to take a dive seems highly unlikely for any fighter at this level

@@teddystriker to be frank with you. it may be really wild for you to understand this. but boxing is a huge mafia. AJ, Was rehearsing that same punch back stage. before the fight. they showed AJ. multiple times, rehearsing that same punch. i recommend you watch the fight in slow motion. those punches AJ throwed never hit ngannou. ngannou went down, as soon as the punch reached him. its simply WWE. it took me years to realize WWE was fake. im not saying boxing is fake. but this fight was staged for ngannou to take a fake knockout. they count stand ngannou taking over their sport. ngannou beat fury. they saw what he could do. they had to pay him for that fake knockout. they were forced to rank ngannou as the top ten boxer in the world after robbing him from the Fury Fight.,
