The safety of race cars is astounding now . When you think back to the past . I don’t think the outcome would have been the same back then . If similar crashes happened.

This makes me remember Senna's crash. The fact of racing is that no matter the brand or how well built these cars are, parts failure will happen at some time. Its a guarantee!!!!!

I'm not joking, but I genuinely feared for Keith Kassulke's life following his crash at Bathurst 2023. I was on track comes when it happened, and I quote one of the marshals who witnessed it; "I thought it was going to crash into the hotel". Two drivers have died in tithe Chase area, Mike Burgmann (1986, pre Chase) and Don Watson (1994), and just the description of Keith's crash made me think of these impacts.

12:01 in my opinion the best car that’s ever raced in the Bathurst 24 hours (I know it’s 12 hours in this video but who cares) (I’m a bit biased because it’s an Australian built car and it’s in Australia) was in 2002, in the first 24h Bathurst The car in question: The Holden Monaro 427C based on The Holden Monaro Cv8 Technical stuff: Suspension (front): MacPherson struts, coil springs, anti-roll bar Suspension (rear): Semi trailing arms, coil springs, anti-roll bar Length: 4,789 mm (189 in) Width: 1,841 mm (72 in) Height: 1,397 mm (55 in) Axle track: 1,559 mm (61 in) (F) 1,577 mm (62 in) (R) Wheelbase: 2,788 mm (110 in) Engine: GRM designed Chevrolet LS6 7.0 L (7,000 cc; 427 cu in) 90° V8 naturally aspirated, front engine, longitudinally mounted Transmission: Holinger 6-speed Sequential shift plus reverse gear Power: 600 hp (447 kW) @ 5300 RPM, 780 ft⋅lbf (1,060 N⋅m) @ 4800 RPM torque Weight: 1,400 kg (3,086 lb) Lubricants: Valvoline Tyres: Dunlop OZ Wheels Front: 18 x 11 inches Rear: 18 x 13 inches

Kindly, I Can’t wait till mankind decides using precious fossil fuels for bringing dinner to your dinner tables from the farm to your kitchen , Biden ,Putin and I likes would rather it go into military hardware and luscious congress programs etc…. I can see why we have global warming. God allowed mankind to decide to honor Hm or defy Him on the Sabath in which mankind and myself at times is doing now, best wishes world
