only if the government would listen, so many lost so much and this would save life.. even though this is old, it's an excellent example why we need tiny homes.. especially after all the hurricanes and floods..

These need porches, for social interaction, utility, and crime reduction. Bioswale plantings and fencing would be nice, if these are to be used long term at all. Pride of place makes a big difference in resident attitudes.

Homeless people need a home. It’s a human right more important than food. No one should ever be out on the streets. Homelessness sucks

Not trying to mess up his trends they are not even in the state of oklahoma here in 2024 and there has already been a demand a trend on some propertys alot of homeowners attempt to transform sheds and garages and attempt to include it on their insurances this project in video will help with those transformations of homeowners with the privelages billpay on these projects was not discussed perfect for college students I think I wanna see these homes at campgrounds in Missouri at their campgrounds and in my town of okmulgee instead of overly supporting mobil home trailers

The problems with cities doing things like this is regulations, taxes, and red tape. It is a shame that people can't have shelter, but I also know that you can't help someone that don't want to help themselves. Affordable housing should be available.

I can skip most of this I am just look to see if anyone will tell me the minor changes over the years, as the earlier 20th century was a little different. Also our Braille writers were all gray in the 1980's on up. The machines they are showing are all blue for those who are not able to see at all.

Terrible idea unless you vet the occupants thoroughly. There will always be homeless and you cannot solve the problem only make yourself feel like your helping.

When minimum wage is 8.00 an hour and rent for cheap apartment is 800.00 a month. That only leaves less than 500.00 ( before taxes) to buy food, pay utilities, transportation, non food grocery items. Pray you don’t end up in hospital. So yeah someone can be working full time and still be homeless. Unfortunately, raising minimum wage doesn’t help as that cause the cost of everything to go up.

Changing this crisis, one tiny home at a time! God's blessings on the people who are working hard to make these homes available to the homeless.

Anyone remember Starter Homes? 900 or 1000 sf. 1 bath, 2 bedrooms. Those are completely missing in most places now. Young families take the cheap apartments instead and people who are even lower income have no place to go. Before the 1980s, large numbers of working single men lived in boarding houses. Those are mostly gone too but seem to be making a quiet comeback. It's a red flag on society when an adult who works 40 hours a week can't afford to have a stable living environment.
