Excellent video, I'm 62 M and have been working on the fundamentals for a few months now. Want to try the athletic explosive flow 9:50. I started this as a way to keep playing hockey with a younger group of guys 25-40 year old.

I been doing Animal Flow/Primal movement for a few weeks now. It changed my life, and made me feel so much flexible and mobile. it increased my strength. I'm so happy more people and athletes alike are able to find animal flow and reached more of a following.

Have you tried the Russian twists on a bosu ball? It adds a whole new dimension to it because you have to balance a lot more.

This was 10 mph 1.5-2 incline , for 1 minute ...I did about 4 rounds for 3 sets

Been doing animal flow for a few months and I must say , it helps with mobility , helps stretch out joints and muscles , makes you feel more connected to your body and also ..funny enough makes you appreciate the primal function of an animal ...once you start chaining the different animal forms together and it becomes an "animal flow" .. it can feel amazing !

There are bags out there big enough to carry everything all together, preferably with at least 2 pockets, or you can loop the handles of the included bag over the handles on the base.

I turn the temperature up to the maximum (90 Celsius on the domes, 80 on the mat) and run for 30 minutes. However, I get in immediately. I can adjust to the heat that way. I don’t recommend waiting until the sauna heats up and then getting in. You could literally burn your ass! Learned that the hard way! You can also adjust the time up to 60 minutes. I don’t use a towel. I just clean the mat afterwords. I also run ozone gas into the sauna to absorb it into my skin while sweating because it is ozone compatible. Just be sure to rap a towel around your neck to keep from breathing any ozone.

circuit workouts do not strengthen muscles or increase muscle mass. nearly all of these exercises solely target the core and WILL NOT give a six pack because you cannot spot reduce fat. useless video
