People are so anal about caliber. Fact is that .22 has killed more people than any other caliber. Put some CCI Stinger in the mag and it will be a fine EDC. No it will not have the power of e.g. a 9mm. But it wont recoil that bad so you can fire faster and more accurate. Not from USA but a huge Ruger fan. Getting an American Pistol Competition next. Just because it looks so freaking cool.

why does it only have about 4 clips to slide along in the top rail? The end is flapping around.

I bought a used Pelican Bass Raider a few years ago for wildlife photography. I soon found out that it is THE BEST platform for it!! Unfortunately, the previous owner did a very unprofessional job of drilling two holes and installing regular Jon Boat drain plugs. The plugs themselves leak, which of course, is counter productive. I plan to buy a new one for Christmas, and this video helped me determine EXACTLY what I need to do and how. Thank you so much for taking the time to do the video, show the product, and explain your technique!!

I have a Ruger SR22, it is a great shooting little pistol and is the most comfortable gun I have ever held. The first thing I did to it was replace the polymer guide rod. I went with the Galloway Precision stainless guide rod and recoil spring. The one thing mine has an issue with, you can't shoot CCI Stingers or Federal Punch, after you have shot standard length 22lr, until you clean the chamber. Oh shoot, you are in Arkansas and you know the ORV park.👍 Looks like I found another channel that isn't posting videos anymore.🤦‍♂ I lived in Hot Springs, AR from 2000 to 2010...

We have the same model motorhome as you! Ours is a 2016 and we decided to install the accordion doors that you suggest. Great job on the video. Just curious, why did you choose to mount the rear accordion door on the left rather than on the right? The surface on the left is less flat because of the door trim. I'm thinking of mounting mine on the right instead, but I'm wondering if there is something I'm not noticing.

How has the drain plugs held up? I'm looking to install on a very old plastic boat and afraid they will leak or cause weakness to the plastic.
@LifeisaHighwayRV
@LifeisaHighwayRV Жыл бұрын
It's held up very well. No issues at all. After you drill the hole, use a propane lighter to heat up the hole you drilled. Move the flame over the hole. This will seal the cut and help prevent cracking. Don't overheat it, just burn off edges.

This upgrade carb is IDENTICAL to the OEM 3.5. Throat bores, all the jets, everything. Installed it and tested on exactly identical glassy conditions and both times maxed out at 8-9mph. No more revs, nothing. So i eventually said screw it and bought a 5hp merc that weighed about 15 lbs heavier (no big deal) and now the dingy does a solid 13-14 mph in windy choppy water even. Huge difference. This Ready Set Boat carb/prop "upgrade" is total marketing snake oil.
@jviera1298
@jviera1298 10 ай бұрын
This is absolutely false. The venturi is larger and the carburetor is certainly not the same as the stock 3.5hp. Other customers have clocked higher speeds after the upgrade and also frequently comment on the acceleration improvement talked about in this customers video. Also, if your name is Terry Kannedy, then you never purchased this kit from us. I see no orders under your name.

I question using a steel guide rod with an alilumium slide? Maybe it's not a issue? Me I'd rather replace a plastic guide rod verse the whole slide. My sr22 works just fine with the plastic guide rod. Maybe the engineer's got it right I know I'm no engineer. I will also add I have never seen a broken plastic guide rod in any firearm.
